I always try and bring my work truck here for oil changes and tires. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my personal vehicle because I kept hearing a noise with the brakes even though they looked over the car twice (they couldn’t find anything wrong) they still didn’t charge me! Would definitely recommend.

I was so happy this morning! Stupid me, I hit something on the road on my way to work and it damaged the black shield on the front of my car and it was half off, hanging and dragging on the road making a horrible noise. I stopped at 3 other places before I pulled into Goodyear and they just took the car in and removed the shield for me free of charge! 15 minutes! Nice guys! Made my day!

This mechanic shop is awesome. Howard and Mike in the front are great guys. The prices are affordable, and their service is extremely reliable. Not only does the company I work for trust all 13 of their fleet vehicles there, but I go there for my personal vehicle maintenance as well. Knowledgeable staff, and great prices/work times.

I switched from Flynns tires to Goodyear about 2 years ago and havent looked back. Better quality of tires, I feel. Anytime I caught a flat theyre always able to get me in that day usually. They are honest, pricing may be a little higher depending on what needs done but they do great work! I even have my oil changes done, when getting my free tire rotation. Overall very professional and great customer service! Highly recommend them!

I recently was traveling to PA due to a death in the family and blew a tire on I-80. I was recommended to go to this location to purchase a new tire. Upon entering I was told I wouldnt be able to be completed for about 4-5 hours due to how busy they were. However, after I explained to Howard why I was needing to have this done today and in a hurry, he quickly accommodated me and was able to get my car in for new tires sooner than expected. I cannot express enough my gratitude towards him and his willingness to help in my time of need. He truly showed great customer service and care. I really really appreciate all that he did for me! It allowed me to make it home to spend time with my family after my uncles passing. Thanks again!! If I am ever (hopefully not) in the same situation again and close to the area I will certainly choose to come to this location.

Stopped in for my first time due to getting screw in my tire. Not only did they get it plugged for free but they were very polite and professional! Great service like that will not be forgotten the next time Im in the market to buy new tires!

Called the Good Year in Boardman to get a price on a vehicle inspection for my they said 52.00 just to look at it, after that the price would go up. Called the Good Year in Liberty and they said theyd look at it for free and charge me $52. if it was necessary. I took my car there and they did a complete inspection and ended up charging me only $28. The store is awesome, the workers are super friendly, and apparently very honest and considerate as well. Love that location!!

They tried to sell me a bunch of stuff. Right after I left, a caliper froze up and trashed my pads and rotor. Since they didnt work specifically on the brakes I had no recourse.
