The store has all yr needs for yr hair. Some items are a bit pricey. But, overall very satisfied. Now when checking out, theyre now charging, for a bag to put yr purchased items in. That was rediculas for a paper bag. If it was a reusable bag, advertising for the store would get the attention of others which may result in more business. Not a paper bag. And in these times advertising is a must. Keeping your customer base is a priority, not a paper bag.

Due to stores being closed i needed toners and ordered over the phone t 14 and t18 toners that came to 30 and they only left in a buggy outside to pick up and gave me the wrong color toners and would not let me exchange for the ones i accually needed and paid for! My hair i had to walk around with horride for a month due to thier mistake and paid for a toner i did bot use or need! I just wanted to give the toners back and get the ones i paid for and they will not help me! Said im stuck with what they gave me??!! I did not pay for the t15 i paid for t 18!! This is the ine in belmont ave!! Im not going there again. Very rude and customers are to pay for stuff they didnt order
