The sales associates inside were helpful and patient! I love the bright colors and vibrant energy the store has. The location was clean and socially distanced as much as a place can be that involves people smelling candles and creams to purchase.

I always love this place. The employees were very helpful and really nice.

Today I spent $50 and my daughter spent $50. My daughter bought 3 candles that they put all in one bag. We sat the bag down and the big candle broke. We went back to exchange it same day with the receipt and the manager said well I have to look at it. Not very nice, and not acommadating at all. Look at what? Typical Ohio attitude!

Absolutely love Bath and Body Works, but White Barn is my ultimate favorite!! The fall scents are the best! Everyone there is so helpful and so friendly. I shop here a couple times a month!

The employees did a great job trying to abide by the safety guidelines. Everyone was wearing masks, including the customers.

Friendly helpful staff. Theres got to be a better way for the store to be set up by the register though. Waiting in line is a pain. Im always standing right on top of people looking through the hand sanitizers

I like their products but the corporation pushes the employees to behave in such a way that it seems almost intrusive. Not sure if its a commission based employment but it can be overwhelming just walking in.
