Its been a good couple of months, since weve had a good service at the pharmacy. There was these 2 ladys that was on top of everything. Didnt have to wait or come back because my scripts werent together. Theres this one gentleman that was working Saturday, and was very rude to my husband. My husband never goes to the pharmacy but needed scripts filled. They shouldnt be giving people an attitude because theres not enough workers.

This rite aid never answers the phone and they never have my prescription ready. They are extremely rude on top of that!!! Unbelievable. Not only do they not have your medicine ready they have the audacity to be rude !!!!!

This pharmacy is horrible . I was the first One There at 9a.m had 3 prescriptions that need filled . I called 3 hours later seeing if they were ready & They said their still “working on it” very rude & disrespectful on the phone . I highly recommend to not use this pharmacy. Horrible horrible horrible

Only reason I go here is for my medication. Otherwise, everything is severely overpriced.

Polite and efficient service, great daily specials, comparable prices for other products. Pleasant variety of different items, wide selection of frozen foods and refrigerated food and beverages.

It seems to me since they switched to the new Well was center the rite aid at 2800 mahoning Ave has gone to bad customer service in pharmacy, extremely slow to fill or refill scripts and not to friendly. I had a tkr done had two scripts to fill took them 3 1/2-4 hours to fill. Other time dr called scripts in a 10 am wasn’t ready till 4 pm. I am going back to my mom and pop drug store maybe be few minutes out of my way but to avoid aggravation well worth it and best of all free delivery weekdays

Mean and rude..not very helpful doesnt help with understanding meds

Each month I go to the Rite Aid and get several money orders. Each time they are accurate courteousAnd expedient. I really appreciate their service.

Ive had good experiences here. All the time. People are always real nice. Its the only pharmacy I use.

Little pricey...but you can find about anything youre looking for.

Not enough employees. When I go here there is hardly ever a person at the register. The people that work in the Pharmacy are the worst mean and rude.
