Shelves are empty. You can’t just shop around. You have to literally ask the associate to show you stuff. I will stick with ulta. Stock your shelves so ppl can look at what they want. I won’t return.

Every time I go into Sephora I have the same lady and I love her! Sweetest person ever, I think she’s one of the mangers but everyone is just so sweet and kind!

The clerks were very helpful and pleasant. They helped me find what I needed and checkout was expedient!

Everyone here is so nice and willing to help anyone without being too pushy with product sales. They have all the great brands of makeup and they all know what theyre doing when it comes to makeup. Love it here!

Kelly saved my day for my senior prom! she had to fix my makeup from a previous salon that I was not happy with & did a fabulous job!! she calmed me down & now Im ready to slay! thanks again! :)

Everyone in this Sephora store is so rude. Especially store manager Doris. No one acknowledges you there, never says hi or offers to help me with anything at all. I just kinda walk around aimlessly looking for help if I need it. And when I do ask, it’s like I’m bothering them.

They are always out of everything and the employees seem like they don’t want to be there
