The store and staff are always clean and professional. The associates are knowledgeable of the products on the self and will physically assist you with any needs to locate a particular product. Melissa has gone above and beyond her duties as a store manager to provide outstanding service during a covid induced lockdown. This store is an asset to the Cosmetology industry and I am so happy its in such a convenient location. Organized, clean, friendly, professional, and curdious.

I love shopping at this store location. Everyone is nice and more than accommodating! They have always gone above and beyond. As many of you know things are always getting discontinued and they jumps through hoops to find me those items and have them shipped in.I call and have them pull orders for me and they are always great at letting me know if something is out of stock or on backorder immediately so I can plan accordingly. Thanks guys for all you do for me:)

Melissa was so wonderful! She helped me pick out a color that would best suit my skinny tone when I was being a little indecisive. Her knowledge of the products was so impressive! I haven’t seen a store that organized and clean in such a long time! She’s the best

I have been coming to this store for over 3 years now. Melissa is the store manager and she is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond her call of duty to figure out the right product for me, to place an order if she doesn’t have it in stock, and those customer appreciation days are the bomb that she puts together! And then when all other stores were closed through the covid shutdown, that girl was there shopping for us and doing curbside and keeping us safe. And every other girl who works there has always been on top of their game. I’m always greeted sweetly upon entering and they all are very helpful.

Absolutely love this store and the staff. The staff is always friendly and inviting when I come in. They dont treat me like I am just a customer, they treat me like a friend. The manager, Melissa, remembers the color line that I use and will go above and beyond to make sure that I have what I need to service my clients. Some of the colors that I use have been out of stock due to the coronavirus pandemic and repackaging, but when the shipment came in she messaged me to let me know that she had what I needed. This is truly great customer service so I thank her for that. If the store is out of something I normally use, the staff is more than helpful in giving recommendations on another product that is comparable. Huge shout out for the excellent customer service.

I was at the shop last week and, as usual, left feeling uplifted. They are more helpful and knowledgable about the products then any of the salons I have been to. If they are out of my products, they suggest an equivalent substitute or make a note to call me when the products come in. It us always service with a smile, and if you are there on the right day, that Melissa has mini cupcakes for you to sample. During the worst of the pandemic, she was basically a one person employee. Now that is alone is a praiseworthy. Sure hope the company appreciates all of the employees that work at this place.

Love this store! The manager is extremely helpful and quite frankly, the world needs more positive people like her! I have known her for many years, and I don’t believe she even has a rude bone in her body. The store and its employees are lucky to have her!

The girls here at this store are absolutely wonderful. They are always so helpful and do everything in their power to get the supplies I need to be able to run my business. We always have friendly conversations every time I’m in there and they always make my visits enjoyable.

Melissa and her staff always go above and beyond for me. if a product isn’t in stock, Melissa will personally go out of her way to bring that product from another store, if need be. She’s knowledgeable, friendly & goes the extra mile for a customer, if need be. When i shop at her store, I feel like i’m with family ! Hair and beauty never looked so good. This location is easy to access and has all of your licensed cosmetologist needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Store is clean and organized. Store manager is extremely rude & overreacts about everything. Never leaves you alone to let you shop. She always has an attitude problem & her associates are all extremely rude . The only nice associate I’ve ever come across there is Sarah. If it weren’t for the connivence of the Store being so close to my house I wouldn’t go back . Also the associate Julie ALWAYS has an attitude Also . This store needs to hug it reconsider the way they treat their customers, if it weren’t for us they wouldn’t have a job.
