If there was a way to give this buisness a half of star I would. Waited all week to get a new deck installed only to show up at my appointment to be told they cant do it. And the excuse was we dont have the part. So car stereo has no car stereo parts I have no words. Especially when you knew I was coming in. I will gladly spend my 1500 somewhere else good riddance.

They have a lot of high end selections. But I felt intimidated as a first time buyer of speakers and car radio....and they wanted to charge me $1800 for speakers and a radio.....

Bob is the nicest person there. He was very helpful and friendly. The asian guy and the skinny white guy attitudes are very nasty. They try to get you to buy things you dont want and will lie just to make u believe u have to buy the over priced items. Their rude over the phone and will ignore you at the store.

Helpful in getting a quote! Havnt had work done yet, 350 to get some door speakers removed from my 08 impreza and 2 oem i already own too put back in, plus have the wiring recycled and install a 12 box already owned in my new 2018 Nissan Murano. Ill change my rating once i get some work done. Need to do the doors myself to get a better price. Its 40 bucks a door, 350 just seemed a little steep.

It was awesome they could install after market remote start. I had a small issue after installation and they had me come that day and fixed it immediately. Really customer driven business.

They have nothing good in stock. And the place is run down looking. The man helping me also lied and tried to say there is no such thing as android auto wireless. Witch is what I was there for. A simple google search prooves him wrong. Shameful people. I would definitely Go somewhere else.

The only thing I would complain about is when I bought my starter, who would think that theres an option for it not to come with a remote...Apparently if you get the remote starter that also works from an app in your phone, the remote is not included or could be included for an extra charge. This was never told to me, as I was looking for the remote with the receipts & paperwork in the bag, but there wasnt one, at all! It would have been nice to know this before my $400.00 purchase! / Also I had to call them, hoping to be able to speak to someone able to answer a few questions as I was replacing a broken multifunction switch. You would have thought I was speaking another language to the man, was of no help at all. Other than these issues, everything else was 100%. Friendly, install didnt take too long.

Absolutely phenomenal company and staff. I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra and the radio continuously shut on/off no matter what I did. All my Google searches led me to discover that hundreds and hundreds of Nissan owners experience the same thing. Nissan wants $3,000 to replace the radio, and Nissan cant guarantee that itll last for even a year.The employees at Audio Extreme were with me on how that cost asked by Nissan was just not worth it, and one told me about how hes seen similar issues in many other Nissans. So they were knowledgeable about the car and the specific issue, which made me happy to hear and trust them.They recommended the pictured Alpine radio for me, installed it quickly that day and it works perfect. I have zero issues with the radio shutting on/off, it starts up right away and works flawlessly. Additionally, they were able to keep every single steering wheel control and the backup camera, plus theres extra features most stock radios simply dont have.I couldnt be more happy with my purchase, the service and the overall experience. If I require or want any audio related upgrades to my car, Im going right back to them. Wonderful business, cant thank them enough for ending my misery of jamming out to music, then having it abruptly cut out. Now I get a cleaner sound with extra features and have no complaints. And if there was it would be over 1000$ i found multiple head unit that support wireless android auto for less than 600$ these people have no idea what they are doing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. These people have no odea what they are doing. Gave the wrong harness for my car. Had to drive 30 mins back to the store for new harness. Only to find out the radio they sold me does not support wireless android auto. They tried to tell me there are no stereos with wireless android auto under 1000$ best buy has a jvc kw m865bw for 550$. Then he tried to refuse a refund. And when he did issue a refund he took a 15% restock fee. These people are complete amateurs. Avoid this place at cost.

I called in to ask a few questions regarding car audio upgrades for my son. I explained that I was unfamiliar with how to select equipment and wanted to ask a few questions prior to making the trip to the location. Before I could complete my statement, the salesman cut me off and literally said, “We do not assist customers over the phone. We can only speak with you if you come in.”Well, needless to say, I will not be coming in.

Just stopped in to buy a new fuse holder and they installed it for me. They even quickly looked over everything. The fuse holder Fixed my issue with my subs. Im going to come back for any other parts I need.

What a great experience! I saw this business was a pro-dealer for Drone mobile car starters and from the moment I first called I had a very professional and honest conversation. I made an appointment that week and they installed my starter in what seemed like no time. Now what’s been a week later I still couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience. The only regret I have is not going here whenever I bought my Kicker CompR subs about two years ago! I drove an hour to get to this store and I know in the future I’ll be doing it again without hesitation!

Went to pick up my car and everything went good until I went home which is only a block away and there was no wires connected and I had to go back and they said it was because of my driving like no it’s not my driving it’s your bad work. Sent my mom and dad up here to get her remote start installed. They gave them a great deal and installed for free. Went back next week because i was putting 2 10 subs in my, f150 and wanted a second fob for my moms remote start went to audio extreme and they gave it to me all for free. I was standing there shocked. I will allways buy my audio anything here

I love this place. I visited and showed the guy my vehicle and the radio I want to install. He knew exactly what I needed and help me get a missing part that I didnt have. He even put the wire harness together without me asking at no additional charge. It made the installation so much easier! If you have a car radio project, GO HERE FIRST!

I bought a stereo online, and when I tried to install it myself, I accidentally cut the wrong cords and messed the system up. Took my car to Audio Extreme, and one of their guys took a quick look, got me the right adapter and fixed it up real nice so I wouldnt need to get another adapter from crutchfield. Also bought a nice box from them, super nice people who will literally give you the shirt off their backs

PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! Their are other audio insulation companys around our area that does better quality work, and more professional. I ask for a quote for two speakers on my motorcycle and the manager gave me a price of $2000!! Which I felt was ridiculous! His reason being that he charges $75 per hr!! He pointed out to me that a truck was getting lights installed that cost the owner $3000!! These guys see you coming! If you have a nice vehicle they will try and charge you some insane price! These guys are crooks! After I didnt agree to the the $2000, I went across the street to another audio establishment and they quoted me $300 out the door.. Please save yourself alot of cash and stay away from audio extreme

Be careful. These guys will quote a price and then claim they didnt have all the info they needed to give a good quote.I had an alarm system that they installed in my last car. When I sold that car, I had them remove the system and got a quote that it would cost 150 to reinstall it when I was ready. I called to make an appointment and was given the same quote. Today, I take the car in and after an hour get a call that they cant use the old system and I need to pay $290 for just remote start. They claimed they didnt know... If you dont know, then dont quote. Ask more questions or tell me I need to bring it in to get a quote.

First time i went there about a year ago the service was nice and friendly they helped me pick the right item without overselling, recently the seemed paranoid and very distrusfull tried to sell me a massively overpriced item and when i asked if i could look around for possibly purchasing something else the even had a hostile looking person following me around.. might be better off going to another place and avoid disapointment

About a year ago I found Audio Extreme. Being a transplanted Tennessee boy I didnt know where to go. I live in Greenville Pa. Not a lot of local options. I went in to get a new deck for my truck. Thats when I met Rob and his crew. They went so far and above I couldnt even begin to say enough. On top of that the price was literally unbelievable for the deck and all they had to do.....which was plenty extra....my wiring was a disaster. But they sent me on my way rocking out to some Jason Aldean and beyond a satisfied customer.Sadly, my truck could not take the beating of an Ohio deer at 70 mph. I stopped by this past Saturday. It was late in the day. I was just going to buy a dash kit and accessories to put my stereo in my new truck myself. I didnt want to inconvenience them at the end of a busy day on a weekend. Just as I was getting out of my truck Rob and his family were pulling in. Before he ever got out of the truck he waved and smiled. I told him what I came in for and we went in and he took care of me. He asked if I wanted him to install it and i said no, I know its late and you all are busy. He said no, were good. Well, as usual, my simple stereo swap had issues. I instantly felt bad. Rob never missed a beat. Kept smiling and got the job done. Once again, when I got the bill I was like, hey, thats not enough. He said yep, thats the price. It was ridiculous. I dont know how they do it.But heres the kicker and why I refuse to go anywhere else.....When all was said and done I found out it was Robs day off! They just stopped in to say hi to his dad, Bob. Who by the way is very cool too.Rob is not only excellent at what he does and is incredible at customer service, hes one of the nicest, most decent people Ive met up here. If you want top quality service at crazy affordable prices, well Audio Extreme is the only place you need to go to. Sell pretty good car as audio equipment in there

Ive been going here for about six year. The guys have done four different cars of mine. I had an amp die, they replaced it no questions asked. They dont judge the stuff you put in your car. You get what you pay for. When they give you advice, theyre not ripping you off, there trying to get you good equipment. i cant count the number of times Ive been in there and people come in after they took there car some where else, had it rigged up and then when the stuff stops working they go here and expect to have them fix it cheap. They do work for all the local dealers and come highly recommended.

Im a huge DIY car audio guy who is addicted to the hobby. Naturally, I am constantly changing my stuff around, trying new things or upgrading my existing gear. The guys @ Audio Extreme are always able to give me new ideas or introduce me to the latest gadgets. They always have just what I need in the store or they literally get it for me by the next day! Its hard to find any type of store whos staff is willing to go out of their way while bending over backwards just to help a guy out! AE is my #1 go to hands down!

Finished in three hours the same day. They will pull it out for free if we sell the vehicle. They will then I stall it in our new vehicle for just labor costs!

Rob always has nice stereo equipment, speakers, headlights, LEDs, hes a great die, they dont do HACK JOBS.... You get what you pay for, they have solid prices but its amazing work, you cant beat their quality. Its definitely no Walmart junk
