I called soooo many places to get an estimate for a transponder car key. This place had the best price and didnt charge extra to come all the way to New Castle, Pa. They were also the first place that I called that was actually polite. The gentleman drove out here and within not even 15 minutes he had a new key made. Ive never dealt with a locksmith before, but I was very impressed.

Had spare key & went in.Jensens was able to provide a second key right on the spot, program it, & even tested it to be sure it worked properly. A fob was ordered to be available next week. Left my name and number, no call back. Went there got a key made, also tried getting key fab programmed. Guy doing the key fab never their. Key worked to unlock door but wont start car. Heading to dealer Friday at 11a.m.

I was locked out of my car and when I called they answered promptly and were able to send someone out the same day. The technician was punctual and was able to unlock my car door within a matter of minutes. If I ever got locked out again I would definitely call these guys! They were prompt, professional, and affordable.

They were pretty good. They tested my key and it worked. It saved me from buying a new starter and a battery. Good customer service too.

Was able to get a chip key for my 06 Toyota 4runner for about $200 less than the Toyota dealer. Vinny had it programmed in less than 10 minutes, where the dealer was charging me 2 hours labor.

Called me back to schedule appointment, got there and was met with a less than favorable attitude, quote You cant come in here asked me what I wanted? I told him I had an appointment. Well hes not here, he had an emergency call OK fine, but if you can call and set up an appointment, that same number works to cancel it. I found this most unprofessional, and I waited to see if rectification would take place... It didnt.

The gentleman that came out was fast and very professional. He even showed me that I didnt need an additional lock, but instead fixed the one that I thought needed replaced....FOR FREE. Do not honor their work. Had LED lights installed around two years ago. Right side light not working, went to have them replace the light and know one their is willing to assist me. Now Im riding around with 1 HEADLIGHT. Any suggestions on where i can go to have LED light replaced? Im regretting that I paid over $250.00 to have the lights installed.wish I wouldnt have now. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
