Christmas is upon us 2021! So I stopped in at this Hot Topic. My youngest girls favorite store and see if I might find her something she cant get at the one in our own city. Found a couple of things Im sure shes gonna love

Employees are really cool and even my little toddler liked them! Really amazing Funko selection!

The cashier was very helpful and Friendly. Will be back because of his kindness.

Ive always loved Hot Topic but I have to say the sales people were amazing. My granddaughter is into anime and I couldnt remember the characters she liked, just bits and pieces about them. They took the time to look up the different characters until we found the right one! Now thats real customer service!

I have loved shopping at Hot Topic, either in store or online! Love their products & no matter where the store, their staff has always been helpful & welcoming! When shopping their website, my orders arrive quickly & always correct.

Large selection of piercings and gag gifts for young adults and adults with good humor.

Completely unique and my grandchildren love it. We can always find stuff they love, and good deals with bogo, buy one get 2, etc

Regularly shopped here for Funko Pops over the last several years without any issues.Im now told that store policy is to no longer give information about Funko Pops over the phone. The store is nearly an hour away from me, I hate to drive all the way just to find out the item Im looking for is not available, but unfortunately this is my only option, since the store refuses to disclose any information about Funko Pop availability.Very disappointed, confused and frustrated by this policy. Have never had this problem at Belden Village or Summit Mall Hot Topics. Will likely not shop here while this policy is in place.

Was told I could not shop here for not wearing a mask when I have a severe medical condition. Staff was very rude about it. They said go online yet I have and theres just some things you want to see in person or try on before you buy. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. Cant see this place staying in business with this mentality and attitude towards their customers especially with how bad the mall is already struggling to stay afloat.

Always find something. A new shirt or pin. Love when they have mystery bags.

Wonderful deals & items EVERY TIME I come here!! I absolutely love the clearance racks, lol, But sometimes theyre better than whats on the wall!I recently got 12 awesome shirts for $90! Plus Hot Cash!Im excited about actually USING my hot cash but I dont like the fact that they make you wait like, 6 WEEKS to use it! By then I usually misplace my hot cash & end up paying full price ANYWAY! Either way, theyre always polite & helpful & have the newest items in stock! And Jason is the most helpful, coolest employee they have!

Probably wont be back was told to wear a mask when I medically cant. I have heart and bad breathing problems and can pass out or have a heart attack wearing a mask and the guy was rude and told me I had to no matter what even though the law says I dont because of my problems. Rude people wont be back

The only thing thats changed in this store over 20 years are the prices (& the mask inspectors!)

Admittedly it could be a bit cheaper, but the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff is always friendly and never lazy. Plus, its a good place to go if youre looking for some counterculture merchandise.

I love going there. The staff is nice and helpful and they have a wide variety of things shrits from the sizes XS, - XXL. They are always open to hearing about bands you like and answer questions. I highly recommend

Brought my teenage daughter shopping and jokingly told her how I felt old and out of place.The man working was more then helpful going out of his way to help us find a birthday gift when what we had intended to buy was not in stock. I couldnt have been more pleased with the service we received.The store is clean and well organized.

They have such a great variety of cultural and counter cultural clothing usually at a decent price I would definitely like to be able to buy bigger sizes there but you have to do that online

I love Hot Topic! It has things from my favorite bands, TV shows, books, and movies. Its my favorite store. The only thing I dont like is its a bit expensive. Still, they do have pretty good quality products so I think its (usually) worth it.

Good store but the one cashier was kind of rude when I asked for his help getting some nose rings out of the case. Everyone else was nice though

At Southern Park Mall. You can usually find anything you want. If you cant one of their very nice sales associates will order it for you and have it sent to the store for free. The store is also nicely organized.

It has a lot of Anime shirts and Comic stuff. It has a lot of gothic stuff as well but If your not into this kind of stuff. I wouldnt go in there.
