This GameStop is awesome. The folks that work there are outstanding. They make you feel welcomed always. The Assistant Manager Jeff is a true pro. He always goes the extra mile and makes you feel truly appreciated.

I do not remember his name but a store associate waited a few minutes then asked if we needed any help or had questions. We had a few and he was able to answer all of them. Great service.

Went here to get some games and was incredibly surprised by the attentivness of the employees. Usually when we go to a game store were ignored and left to our own devices. They were super helpful and we ended up signing up for a pro plan for the great deals. Also the stores layout is simple and effective.

Its ok to buy games, but I will never sell a game there ever again because the lack of money received for games worth way more than they say. If you plan to sell there I would prefer doing research on the items you are selling there for they give a bad price for games and other items that are worth way more.

GameStop is cool. Good prices on game systems & video games. And lil action figures. Large selection of everything, to pick from.

Tried to trade in a PS4 Pro, and they said it didnt work. Which is false because I used it just before I took it in. The guy working told me he can take it in as faulty, which would have knocked most of the value off. Nah. I took it home. Plugged it in, and woulda guessed, it worked?! I think someone was just trying to rip me off. Im done with this GameStop. Im sticking with The Exchange.P.S. i checked their website after leaving. They offered me 20 bucks less than what they were supposed to buy it for. Be careful people! These guys will do their best to rip you off!
