Friendly staff. However, the price of the eye exam is expensive, $65 compared to other places are $50. The price for JC Penny Optional in general is $40. Did not expect this store is overpriced.

Very disappointed! Had eye exam there. Ordered glasses. When received. Couldn’t see correctly out of them. They sent them back. Received. Again... problem. Saw eye doctor again. Sent them off again. Then they realized my current lens were HD. So they called and told me they were going to give me a refund, and they were done with me. So...now I am 1 month in. No glasses. And having to deal with my insurance company to try and get my credit back so I can go elsewhere to get glasses! 😡

Friendly Staff and Doctor. Always get in quickly. Wide selection of frames. Glasses usually ready in about a week. Have been going there for 15 years!
