Went here to see about getting lens replaced in Oakleys I owned and wasnt able to do myself. They did it for free, in minutes. I tried to pay but didnt except. Next level customer service, would not hesitate to return for anything. Great people.

These people are incompetent beyond belief. Someone from LensCrafters called me in the spring to schedule an appointment for June. Pay attention: they called me. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm the time, they told me that my appointment was cancelled because they didnt have a doctor. When I asked why they hadnt called me, they told me they didnt have my phone number. Next, they rescheduled me for August 22. This time, they did have have my phone number and they used it to call me to cancel the appointment. Today, I received a notice that I missed my appointment, which they just cancelled a few days ago. Its like theyre trying to go out of business. I wish them the best of luck with their efforts in that regard.

I always get my glasses from Lens Crafters. They always make certain your glasses fit well and that you are pleased with them. They let you pick out the frames you can afford with no pressure to go above your budget. I developed a rash from my last glasses and even though I was beyond the 30 day return policy, they ordered me néw frames without any problem. I will always buy my glasses here.

Very helpful! I couldn’t get in anywhere due to everyone not going to the doctors from the virus and now all going back at once. I was going to have to wait several weeks for an exam and pair of glasses everywhere else. The doctor here managed to squeeze me in same day and give me the exam I badly needed for my job. I have a stigmatism in both eyes and didn’t even know it. Staff was very helpful and I was helped get a nice pair of Oakley frames. Everything worked well with insurance and any coupons that were available to me they made sure to try. I paid between my lenses which are impact resistant and my Oakley frames which were almost 200 by themselves under 200 which was my budget after insurance. Very helpful highly recommend!

The employees and manager were courteous and helpful and met my needs for replacement lenses for my prescription sunglasses. Although its questionable whether my insurance will reimburse for some of the cost, a discount was given and made the lenses affordable. The sun was shining on my way home and the new sunglasses were great!

I was very pleased with the service. My glasses obtained a stress crack on the lens and they were replaced immediately within a couple of days. Much appreciated!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have social anxiety so it means a lot to me. They are professional people and looked for the best discount for me which for me was AAA. Lots of parking at the Boardman Plaza. Good tip from their optometrist on getting bifocals instead of a separate pair of reading glasses because with bifocals I can see the dash readouts in my car without having to switch to a different pair of glasses. If you need glasses, go to Lenscrafters.

I was very happy with my most recent visit at Lens Crafters--I usually get different doctors each year depending on the day that I schedule my appointment but this year I got Dr. Leann Goslak and she was excellent. I have been to many eye doctors in the past due to a medical defect with my right eye and I can say that this was one of the best, in depth exams I have received. She took her time and was not rushed at all, we made small talk, and I asked a few questions. Very good doctor!

They accidentally ordered the wrong pair of glasses for me, so its taking twice as long to receive my glasses, but Jamie is incredibly nice and have me the warranty for free because of the trouble. And I love the glasses I picked out. :)

Dr. Leann Goslak not very friendly or patient.I was being fit for contacts but wasnt happy with the fit she gave me.When I informed her I didnt like she dismissed me and said it was due to the fact that i hadnt worn them in awhile. I drove home with a blurry fit. I also paid 45.00 to be fit in a pair I didnt like. I was unaware that testing the only pair of contacts would cost me that much and wasnt covered by insurance. Perhaps that is why she didnt want me to try other pairs... because wasting more contacts wouldve equaled to a loss of money to LensCrafters.Will NOT return.

Every time I go in that office or speak with someone on the phone the employees are always super nice and helpful. I have never had anything but great experiences there.

Went to this Lenscrafters looking forward to efficient service. It is now over thirty days and I still do not have my glasses. I have called multiple times and the latest time they said, I do not know why this has happened If these glasses are not delivered in 7 days, per the latest committment, then I will have to go elsewhere. Clearly not utilizing them for my next pair of glasses.

First of all, the workers in this LensCrafters are very nice and this review isnt based on them...Dr. Leann Goslak doesnt listen. I told her that I was having problems seeing at night. That I put my higher prescription in the other eye and could see better. She did the eye exam, dismissed what I said and told me that it was her professional opinion that I needed the same prescription and ordered the same power that I had and was having problems with. I sont care that she has a degree.. This is my vision and if I tell someone that I am having blurred vision at night and that the power of my contacts are strong enough, they need to listen to that. Shes not friendly at all, you are just a name that is paying her money for crappy work. I will not be returning to this doctor.

Do NOT schedule eye EXAM on line! Call or you will not have an appointment when you arrive. BE VERY specific when making appointments or they will not allow the right amount of time for you and make you come back.
