Always love Big lots. They always have something for everyone. Great place for Christmas stockings and a quick gift. Go early because it goes fast.

I love this store it has a huge selection of anything you can think of they also carry great patio furniture and also great living room and bedroom furniture the cashier I had was the best experience at a big lots I have ever had and I told her I was new to the area and she welcomed me and also started mentioning places in the area to go shop and also visit .

You can find good deals. But not everything is a good price. Best to check around. They do have a lot of reasonably priced food stuff. Sale items are usually worth looking at. They have a little bit of everything.

Always good deals, very clean and well organized. Such a wide variety and prices that are typically even cheaper than Amazon on many things. Ive always found some really unique foods here as well. Great place for organization supplies and unique and cheap gifts as well.

Wow. I was pleasantly surprised. The last Big Lots I was ever in was around 20 years ago and it was junk. This one was well organized, and great deals. But what made the experience fantastic was the friendliness of the cashier. Five stars goes to her.

They didnt have the product I was looking for although it was a Big Lots that my daughter saw the item at. I didnt know but it turns out all Big Lots arent owned by the same company or person. They therefore dont all carry the same merchandise. Staff was very polite, they led me to the different areas where it would have been. There were none but 1area of shelving was all but bare so maybe they had it and sold out.

The staff was rude 2 woman employees who were on the clock supposed to be working there...were actually pointing at me, while talking about me badly & giving me nasty looks, as soon as I came in & all for No apparent reason...at least they never said...they just kept staring at me...I felt like I was in a fish bowl back in middle school. 😔

Love the boardman store, its big, spacious, and they have so many things to buy, go and give it a try

The animated Christmas stock is worth the wait! Great Christmas decorations as well! Got through lines fast.....but no Ivory Snow.....

Would get 5 stars if we could get a couple lines open in there. I like this place, if you see it that day buy it, because its not guaranteed to be there ever again. Its one of those places.

I was shopping at the Kirk rd store not anymore since they won’t let me pay for water online or at curb. Being in a wheelchair it takes me 40 minutes to get it out of my van and another 40 to get it back in. It takes a huge painful toll on my back. I can pay for everything on line except my water and for 3 yrs they allowed me to pay at the curb. So now I go to the one on South ave they will accommodate my special needs

Patricia has great customer service skills and was very friendly. I also got a great deal on a Christmas tree.

Never buy furniture there.they said 6 to 8 weeks..took them almost 15 weeks they did give a discount

I was at the Big Lots in Boardman trying to buy furniture I was there for four and a half hours waiting to get my furniture the lady at the Boardman store was over talking me and would not listen to what I had to say I had to repeat myself three to four times and Im not happy with that store at all and I dont know why they did not have furniture in stock I had to go all the way from Niles to Boardman to get what I needed 4 1/2 hours is too much they need to have more employees they were understaffed

Big Lots is a pretty great store for when youre looking for bargain prices. The products tend to be as good as other stores, and I particularly like their stock of closer-to-expiring food at great discounts. The stores are clean and the staff here have always been friendly to me.

Great place to shop and for the most part great prices. The wife and I live to stop in every now and then and check things out. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I like big lots. They have a lot of good deals. Some not so good items, but good deals none the less.

Sharon location didnt have anything in stock that I looked at went to new castle where everything was in stock

Big Lots never lets me down. Every time I go I always find exactly what Im looking for, which this time happened to be Beach decorations for my new living room. My daughters and I just moved into a new house and were decorating the whole thing in a beach theme, and because of Big Lots it is absolutely perfect!

Clean place but not bargain prices. Things cost just as much here as Walmart or Target.

Clean and well organized. Friendly people working there. Prices were on par with WalMart however so not a lot of savings but DEFINATELY less hectic and I didnt have to play employee and check myself out either!

Seasonal items are stylish and inexpensive. Kitchenware items are quality products, window treatments and linen products are also impressive.

Big Lots is neat and everything is easy to find. The service workers are friendly. The items are clearly labeled. Sometimes it is not overcrowded. More importantly, you can always find unique items at great prices.

I can always find a bargain there. Matress and box spring cover. Perfect fit and wash up really nicely.

I stopped going to this store a few years ago, but decided to give it another try its been cleaned up 100%.

Kind of dirty and they sell a lot of junk but you can find good stuff at great prices if you want to spend some time. The furniture is garbage and falls apart but things like sheets and housewares are decent quality and cheap. Employees are generally pretty helpful.

Thru have one wheelchair the leg length cannot be adjusted by consumer an needs. The foot rests dont even stay up so I could use my legs some. there is no basket. no electric carts available. there are big ruts right in front of the door and down the sidewalk. unsafe for both the wheelchairs and walker.

The store was very neat and clean and we were able to look through with no issues and get what we needed and checked out.
