There salesman was on time and very polite and very professional both visits . Was told there installation guy would have to come to evaluate the install of a Bay window to determine a final price. Was told he would be there in a few DAYS. After 2 weeks I called the sales rep and he said he would take care of it . Its been 5 weeks and havent heard a word from anybody yet. I was going to refer this company to a family member who also needs some windows replaced. But after the unreliability of there install tech. I found another company who wants to sell windows and who shows up on time. Its a shame they have a good product and a great sales staff but 1 bad apple spoiled the bunch.

Had 12 Windows, 2 entry doors and 1 sliding glass door replaced. The guys did a fantastic job very professional and even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them and their products.

Salesman was the best! He explained things to me about what I was buying. Actually talked me out of decisions that he could have really upcharged me on. HONEST SALESMAN! The installation guys were great to. Talked quietly. No cursing or complaining. If it wasnt for the hammering you would never know they were there. Installer also explained to me how the windows work and proper care. This is my second set of windows Ive had put in by 2 different companies. Quality Windows is my go to company for my next set!

We live in western PA and had this company install vinyl siding and new windows in our home some years back. We had dealt with the patriarch, Mr. David Goldberg, who is amazing! We immediately found him very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and very fair! Siding crew, under the supervision of Bill, did an awesome job! Siding installation was beautifully done! Window installer, Ken, also did a beautiful job! Recently had this crew back for siding repair from wind damage. Again, they do not disappoint! Work was expertly done with beautiful results! Quality Windows is a first rate family run business! Mr. Kevin Goldberg is a pleasure to deal with! He is, again, knowledgeable, helpful, personable, its a family trait! I was referred to this company by a great family in my area. First point of contact was the phone call to their office, she was informative, helpful and kind. Troy came out within a few days of call and he was awesome!! Very professional and really nice to my rescue dog, who’s a little overbearing. I didn’t price shop because I liked that they are a family owned and operated business, however I feel that I received a great price.Today the window installers (Mike and Andrew) came out, prompt, detail oriented and professional. The windows and all the new trim look wonderful. I’m so happy and they cleaned up not a piece of anything on my carpet or in my mulch.This company is Amazing and I would refer them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Troy came out to give me a quote for some new windows and was very informative about the different windows they offer. He went through the house and measured everything and the next step was ordering all the different option that you could get with your new window, he made this simple and explained the different option you could order from window company you choose. He also recommended getting the outside re-capped and boy was he right. The new windows and capping made a huge difference and made the front of the house look great.Thanks again Quality Windows!

The sales staff at quality windows is amazing. The contractors are customer friendly and clean up the job site when done. I had my windows installed in December of this year. I purchased 10 energy efficient windows with various measurements and options. Troy (my salesman) was prompt, professional and explained everthing to me about pricing and options. I ordered my windows (Polaris) and waited about 5 weeks for them to be manufactured which is the normal period. When it came time for the install Gary and his assistant showed up at the exact time they said they would be there. They got to work immediately and worked the whole day without stopping. Afterwards Gary ensured I was satisfied with the work. They were clean and showed my house the utmost respect. Quality Windows sells an outstanding product and their prices are SUBSTANTIALLY lower than the competitors. I purchased 10 windows with all new capping on the exterior for what 2 other competitors were selling 7 windows with no frills for. I cant be happier and am planning on using them next year to replace my last 3 windows that need special options for.

I had an appointment scheduled this week for an estimate and they no called no showed. Called the next day because I thought maybe I wrote down wrong date, I did not, they apologized and said the gave the estimator the wrong phone number. I reschulded for yesterday and again another no call no show for my appointment.

Weve used Quality Windows several times on large and rather complex window replacement jobs and they were excellent! Great service, wonderful installation crew, and best product you can get for the price. Our energy bills dropped and we saved a ton of money after installing windows in our very old house. Totally worth the investment and go with this company for the job!

I have been in my home for over 30 years and I really needed new windows.I would hear ads on the radio and see online for Buy One Window, Get One free offers. Buy Two, Get Two Free. I was skeptical of those ads but thought I would check some of those companies out. I set up an appointment at my house for one company and they did not even show up for the appointment. I called a couple of other companies and starting receiving quotes. One of the frustrations with some of these companies it seems the phone call that I made would go into some sort of call center or order scheduling office. It was like I was dealing with someone far removed from me, the customer.I saw an ad in one of those little advertising magazines mailed to me and saw an ad for Quality Windows LLC. The ad did not say Buy One, Get One, but it did show a reasonable price for a window. I called them up and talked they explained pricing, how there are different types of windows and the trim work involved. The rep came out, took measurements and gave me a quote for a more energy efficient window than the one in the ad.I had already received a number of quotes at this time from other companies, including the so called, Buy one Get one free companies. Quality Windows LLC quote was lower than than other quotes, lower by more than $ 2,000, with no Buy One, Get One gimmick.I placed my order for nine windows and waited for my windows to be made. When the installers came out it dawned on me that the window itself is only part of the equation as I saw these guys work that the skill of the installer is as important as the window itself. You can have a good window but if not installed properly you are going to have problems.I talked to the installers off and on during the process and watched what they were doing. The lead installer, Russell was very patient and kind to me and explained what he was doing. Russell explained how he had to get new J-Channels as the old ones would not work with the new windows. I never even hear of a J-Channel but I guess it is like a border or frame. He said he could try and find some at a supply store but that size may not be available. He then said he could make his own. Russell made these frames, these J-Channels out of I think aluminum or some other metal and showed me how it would look. I was pretty amazed how he custom made these J-Channels on location.The installers skills and willing to go above the call was shown again when I explained how I would sometimes get water in my house through the wall/roof/old window. He built something up or did some further steps where those new windows were being put in where that problem would stop. Russell and his crew were diligent and very skilled.One more thing. I was never asked for one penny until the job was done. I was not asked for 50% down when signing. I was not asked for payment until the job was 100% done.Overall I was very impressed with the windows and the installer, Russell and his crew. I wish I had gotten these new windows years ago.

This Review is to rectify a review that was written about 8 months ago. I had previously wrote that quality windows had not responded to any our phone calls on some leaking windows. Since then I have spoken to the owner of the company and found out it was all a misunderstanding. Since then they have come out and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them. After doing some checking around I found out they have amazing prices compared to a lot of the other companys out there. I would like to thank the owner for taking time out of his busy day to get together with me to resolve this problem.

Kevin definitely does what he promises. He completes the job in the time that he says. I would definitely reccomend his company.

Quality windows did the 2nd floor to my house which consisted of 15 windows. They were on time and very efficient and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs windows at an affordable price. Very friendly as well actually.

Terrible experience with this company. We have 3 windows that water is coming through. We have called the company on 3 different occasions to come out and fix the problem but their installer has never responded. Stay away from quality windows. Big thumbs down!!
