I was looking for a gift shop. This place is more like a boutique. It was a little pricey for what I was looking for. It was nice inside. Just not a place I would visit again

Neat store offering unique gifts in every price range. Employees are friendly and offer great suggestions to help one find the perfect gift. Will definitely visit this store again!

I was very disappointed with the Manager of the Southern Park Mall Store. She was extremely rude, judgmental & close minded. Unprofessional & definitely should not be in a management position. I’m not sure if she’s intimidated by someone with a higher, as in a college education or what? Maybe she was/is afraid of being replaced if she hires someone educated?Don’t send out emails or have anyone else continue sending out emails currently stating your hiring when “you, as the manager” tell someone when they give you a completed application, over qualified, open availability, & excellent references, that your not hiring at this time.

Passed through the area a month back, and had the BEST customer service experience from this lovely small business. I had never heard of some of the brands they carry, and a lovely young woman introduced and built a beautiful stack of bracelets from a brand called Uno de 50 for me! I can’t believe the compliments I receive from them! I was even able to purchase a gift that not only fit into my price range, but was both unique and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back for my Christmas shopping. Thank you Gracylane!

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, especially the younger blonde girl. She knows everything about any brand and can find me the perfect gift in minutes, all by asking a couple quick questions about whoever I might be shopping for. I appreciate that she is honest and doesn’t try to push expensive items if they aren’t going to fit my needs. I decided to treat myself today and purchased a piece of a line called Uno de 50 that I always see her wearing. It’s a unique line, made from quality materials and honestly stays within a great price range. I am looking forward to returning for my sisters 50th birthday gift. This store is full of items fit for any occasion and I never leave empty handed. The owner really has a great thing going and I look forward to continuing to shop here.

Came to Ohio specifically to buy anAlex and Ani bracelet from Gracie Lane and left without it. I waited at the counter for a sales person and was not helped. As I walked out of the store I walked right by an employee and they said nothing. Wasnt even acknowledged once in the store.
