Like any chain type store, there are some brands simply not carried. But a helpful staff and a fairly wide selection hardware, I will go back.

Clean, great prices, they have everything you could need for fixing things. I was helped to find what I needed and even educated on it. Great customer service!

I’m all for shopping and supporting local, but this place is entirely way too expensive! Not even close to average market value on their inventory. I was excited about a new hardware store opening up so close but it’s worth driving a little farther for fair pricing.

I had an item I purchased and had it for 2 weeks and wanted to return it. Management gave me a difficult time and had me call the manufacturer to ask for a return from them because she refused me. There is no return policy posted and I was told its her discretion. I wouldnt leave without a return. I finally got it but only after she was assured she would get her money for the return. Very poor service and I will never return, but Im sure thats what she wants. The less of me the better.

At this Tru Value You DONT have to walk down there huge aisles just to have an associate tell you Sorry thats not my department or listen to that drone customer assistance needed..... until you want to stick a screw driver in you ear... people will greet you at the door with Hello! And then walk you to the aisle to help with what you need....good place!!

It is insane what they charge! Their prices are inflated extremely. Went in for a small flash light. Cheapest (cheapy) one was 27.00!! Went to dollar store across street, same one 7.00 . This is a “ I’m in a pinch “ store

They have a little bit of everything. And the store is much bigger than it looks on the outside. Its just really nice to have a hardware/home improvement store in the Cornersburg area. And I received one on one assistance in finding what I was looking for. Great employees, great location and a great little gem in Cornersburg. Thanks! 😊

Seems to usually be the same young man and two young ladies working on Saturdays. Always helpful and knowledgeable, fantastic employees.
