I bought a queen set for my parents who are having a hard time getting in and out of bed. The sales woman Debbie was FABULOUS from start to finish. She took the time to measure to make sure everything would be a good height and they could get in and out safely. She even helped put it in my truck so I can take it home with me right then. Went to Austintown store after several past visits finally had an excellent salesman David helped with a purchase of mattress and box springs. Other salesman at this store previously made you feel like you were bothering and wasting their time even when making a purchase.

My wife and I purchased a new king mattress back in December and we couldnt be happier! The bed is very comfortable and was priced very reasonable The sales woman (Debbie) was very helpful and not pushy. We felt as if she truly cared about our needs as she took the time to explain everything in detail. We need to order another bed for our daughter soon, and we will definitely be purchasing from them again.

This mattress buying experience was the best I’ve ever had! Wonderful staff and fair pricing! They didn’t mind me taking my time and trying the different models on display. I am so pleased! I bought a Softer mattress then the old one I currently had. When the mattress was delivered, and I went to lay down and the bed felt exactly like the model in the store. It was perfect to lay on! My son kicked me out and I had to sleep on the couch. We had to go back for another so he would sleep in his own room. Don’t buy a mattress from this store unless you can get one for the whole family! The kids will be jealous if you don’t get them one as well!

I got a mattress set back in may..they couldnt get the set i chose so literraly upgraded me to a more exp set..same price as other..employees so nice and they gave me a pillow!!

This mattress buying experience was a complete nightmare. I am so upset. I bought a medium firm. A mattress was delivered and I went to lay down and the bed felt like a wooden board. It hurt to lay on it. I had to sleep in my daughters room and my husband slept on the couch. We had to scrounge up another $700 for another mattress to purchase at another mattress store so we could eventually lay down and sleep on. I called to notify an employee at the mattress store to return the defected mattress. I was told that they do not take returns to deal with it and to purchase a pillow top mattress topper. Why do I need to purchase a pillow topper after purchasing what I thought was a comfortable mattress. I had also requested that the mattress have a cooling gel inside and for the no transfer movement. That was an extra $200. It wasnt cooling and you could feel movement throughout the mattress. Never again. What a nightmare. I warn everyone not to go near this mattress store.

This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever purchased. It was so hard I couldnt sleep on it! I dont understand how the owner sleeps at night knowing how that they screw their customers over. I called to return the Mattress and I was told they dont accept any returns. The woman that I spoke to didnt even say sorry for the experience I was having. She just blew me over and told me to buy a pillow topper for my mattress. What they dont tell you is that they do not offer a comfort guarantee and they do not accept returns on any merchandise. You get a slip of paper after you buy a mattress that says this. I tried to dispute the charges on my credit card. They must have had this done to them before because they knew exactly what to do to get out of that as well. I will never purchase another mattress in there again. My kids now need new mattresses and I will be going elsewhere. So upset! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a mattress. I dont want to see anyone go through what I went through.

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone was extremely helpful in guiding me in the right direcetion without trying to get me to buy the most expensive mattress. I definatley recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

I purchased two mattresses in less than one year. First one was $700.00 and was too firm, second one was 1500.00 and is the most uncomfortable mattress I have owned. Called and explained my problem and did not even get a sorry or maybe some kind of a discount on something. I have now had to buy a third mattress for half the price and a 90 day trial period from mattress firm in Boardman. Just an FYI buyer beware!

If I can give it a zero I would, went there for their sale. Only need a mattress, box spring was ok, I got the price on the mattress $$$ and thought they advertise free box spring with a purchase. Ok Ill take the box spring, price jumped a hundred dollars, nothing is free, rip off.

I would not be reluctant to refer anyone to this business....
