Strait forward.... Honest and asked my opinion. My kind of people

My car was fixed quickly and at a very good price. They even took the car for a drive to check their work.

I was referred to this shop by my auntie to get my brakes done. When I arrived it was around 4pm and the men in the shop were drinking beer. I felt like I was an inconvenience because I was told the shop was closed. The sign stated it closes at 5pm and when I questioned them the man called Jeff told me they were done for the day and to come back tomorrow. I was upset because I really needed them done. I never went back because I dont want someone who drinks on the job working on my car so I went down the street. This place have 4+ stars and I really question if that is friends and family giving the ratings because I was disappointed how I was treated. My Auntie told me they give good prices, but I really question what type of work is done with both men drinking. The other man called Levi sounded like he had been drinking all day and I certainly wouldnt want him working on my car for sure.

Was gave an estimate on my repair,so my grandson went to get work done.After job was done the owner raise the price $100.00 more.This guy charged my grandson because he was 16 your old don’t know better.So went and talk to owner,he was joke .He just walk out and did nothing .

Any exhaust issues are taken care of fast. Always feel like Im being treated as family. Never over priced and never up sold. Any other issues found r pointed out but with a kinda by the way attitude. No pressure. Always my go to muffler guy in Youngstown.

Cant say enough about how friendly, quick, and knowledgeable this shop is. I brought my own new replacement muffler and they were happy to install for me. Costs are very reasonable.

We have been here before and had another great experience. With no appointment showed up after 3:00 PM and had the flex portion of the exhaust on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter replaced in less that an hour at a very good rate. It is a muffler shop. No frills, NO bull, get your exhaust fixed fast at a very reasonable price.

They kept my car 6 hours for a 45 minute job then blamed me and on top of that someone stole my change out of my ash tray.

Fake posts of great service. How far fetched of the truth. Who ever is working here is giving the owner a bad reputation. My mother went in to get a muffler and found out that her car wasnt running. Shes an elder so she knows little about cars. But she trusted this place to fix her car. After about a year of her car sitting she found out they stole her catalyt converter. What a rip off. Dont take you car here. Biggest fraud shop

Great place and awesome service! I took my truck to buy rite with no appointment, jeff fixed my E Brake problem in 20 mins! It wasn’t a muffler problem but he fixed it anyways! I’ll be back this week to have my muffler fixed.. jeff is a great guy!!

This place is a joke i took a y pipe to have welded. my truck was on lift for over 2½ hrs with 3 different people trying to weld it I went under the truck and noticed the worst welds ive ever seen I had them drop my truck and left with it undone & a unsatisfied customer
