Sue And Antonio at this location are amazing manager’s. They are always so professional and helpful when it comes to our agreement lease on our beautiful couch. We received a beautiful big Sectional BRAND NEW out of the package. We waited for 3 short weeks for the warehouse to assemble it and it is so beautiful and big and spacious and when we have guests over, it is a major conversation peace. The material and the durability of this sectional is mind blowing. I cannot wait until we finish paying it off and own it. Thank you Sue and Antonio you two deserve a raise and promotion.

I never write reviews but I had to share this. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any company I’ve encountered. I’m very dissatisfied with the way they handled me as a consumer. I’m beyond disappointed in this staff’s competence to handle the customer accordingly. If you are thinking of renting from here please do their job for them (this includes: going over all the details of your application with them PRIOR to moving forward with purchase) in order to receive accurate results. If you do not, you can risk them telling you one day before your furniture is delivered that you are not approved. Make sure you verify with them that you are approved and all the details of your application have been sorted out accordingly before you move forward with services. It will save you a lot time!

You do not need good credit or any credit to get something from here! You get set up on a payment plan that matches your job pay schedule; so you could be weekly, biweekly, bimonthly or even monthly. Please be sure to tell them that Adam sent you 😀They have bedroom sets, mattresses, furniture, refrigerators, stoves, video game systems, TVs, stereo / surround sound systems, computers(Laptops & AIOs), mobile phones(Note 10, S10 & others), tablets, washers & driers. They have more stuff then what I listed, its just to much to remember.

⚠️⚠️AVOID AT ALL COSTS⚠️⚠️First of all, originally a bi weekly option was given to me. What I was aware I was paying until they showed up at my house 2 days after a payment was due “because I was 2 weeks past due and they scheduled pick up”. Dealing with them wasn’t an issue it was the fact I was greeted to them looking through my windows of my house? ANY employee can stay at the front door knock, and not look through my windows. WEIRD.Then I was made aware by an associate it was originally paid off until they showed up AGAIN stating I was late. At that point I took video evidence of them stating that it was paid off. The woman went to walk to the truck that another employee was attempting to back into my drive way UNTIL HE COMPLETELY MISSED IT AND WENT INTO THE DITCH. 4 hours, 2 police officers, closing the entire road off, and a tow truck that took 3 hours to arrive i am officially DONE with my contract and will never return for any other business. They didn’t return to the house to apologize or said a word to me. Sat down by the road the entire time.AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Extremely incompetent. You schedule delivery for 5 days for your furniture and they dont show up. You call to see whats going on and are told they went home for the day. We called them three times earlier today and were assured they would be here in 15 minutes. They do not communicate with each other. We had furniture delivered before they dropped and put a hole in after we waited a week for it. It took 3 weeks for them to fix it and 4 different trips to our apartment having the wrong tools or not knowing how to fix it. We knew better than to use them again and Suprise! Rent a center messed up again. Waist of time and money. Go somewhere else!

Do not go to these jokes. These jerk offs keep changing our contract. First its bi weekly as agreeded upon then its weekly which we cant do due to bi weekly paychecks and other bills. They are so dang unintelligent. They broke our mirror to our set and instead of knocking money off they thought theyd charge us for a new set which we finally got their tiny brains to understand we didnt want that. We got a new bedset and it broke first night sleeping on it. Go to big lots and use their loan process. Rent a center is a dang joke.

THIS PARTICULAR RENT A CENTER SUX. THE WAY THEY HANDLE UR $$ ON UR ACCOUNT IS SENSELESS.
