This is the best CVS in Ypsi.Not too busy, not too crowded, and its easy to get what you want.

Beth and the rest of the pharmacy team are extremely helpful; they have helped me save on my meds numinous times thanks to GoodRx or double-checking for a non-brand name version of the same medication. They have often gone above and beyond: they have let me know the cost ahead of time so I could inform my doctor of cost/if I needed to get the Rx pre-authorized from my insurance.They are always friendly and actually know my husband and I by name!Gene is always nice to see at the front of the store, and I have no idea how he manages all these coupons!This CVS is simple, clean and the shelves are well stocked. I know where everything is which helps my visits go smoothly...and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Whatever you do do not buy there’s 7-Up or Pepsi or Coke products in the cans. I had bought one the other day and it taste awful!! They have literally been sitting there for I’m assuming more than a year or so. Never buying any food products there ever again!!

THIS is the Best CVS ever!!! I’ve never had pharmacists go out of their way for me like they do here. They really know how to treat a customer well. Nehal is so kind. Everyone there is. It’s a pleasure shopping there. Thank you.

Gene did a fantastic job of not selling alcohol to unidentifiable people. He showed nothing but respect to the two gentlemen with their faces covered in makeup. Gene refused to let the two purchase some bottles of champagne because he could not tell that the person on the ID was in fact the man standing in front of him. They both had enormous make up that looked like a mask and they were unrecognizable. They decided to claim Gene was discriminating against drags but he was simply doing his job correctly, and he did a great job. Good job Gene!

Recently purchased the Early Result pregnancy test which is the CVS brand and comes two per box and they BOTH FAILED. No results at all!. I called the store and because they were used they refused to refund or exchange their own product. Dont buy CVS store brand products and since the good items are overpriced there, Im shopping elsewhere from now on.

We switched to using CVS pharmacy when CVS stopped selling cigarettes. Every person working in this pharmacy is knowledgeable, kind, courteous. They are so eager to be helpful and I have observed every one to be so respectful of all customers.

Customer service is the worst here. Clerks are extremely rude and short. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I came to cvs when they stopped selling cigarettes and stayed because of the courteous staff i go in at least 3 times a week and am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello from the knowledgable people at this cvs!!!

Knowlegeable pharmacy but it seems the drive by clients always get first consideration. Moved out of Ypsilanti so no longer patronize this store.

Pharmacist was so helpful, even though she was working alone, and filled my Rx so quickly.

I am giving this place a 1 star because it does not have a restroom. I mean come on what cvs doesnt have a restroom this one is not even in the hood

Great store, Great Pharmacy, Great Employees. The CVS on Carpenter Road should take lessons from this CVS.
