We did curbside pickup with Enchanted Florist for Mother’s Day 2020, and they did a fantastic job. The usual website bouquets weren’t available with everything so disrupted, so instead they asked for a price range and any requests for particular flowers to be included/excluded. I asked for a colorful bouquet and set up a time to come by. Day of, they called at said time to let me know the bouquet was ready, and when I arrived they put the bouquet in my car’s trunk. They made the process as easy as possible, and my mom *loved* the bouquet. Thanks EF!

My brothers and sister and I wanted the perfect floral spray for our beautiful mother’s funeral and we found it here at Enchanted Florist. They went above and beyond to get the special flowers we requested, change the arrangement to specific colors and make all of the arrangements with the funeral home. My fiance and I hired the Enchanted florist to provide flowers for our wedding ceremony. Im happy to say that they did an excellent job. We were able to give a good idea of what we wanted at our first meeting. Soon after, we had cost estimates and a second meeting to finalize details.On the day of the ceremony, we were happy to see that everything we discussed was arranged and looked beautiful.Laura did a great job communicating all the necessary details and was a pleasure to work with.I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dependable florist with a great eye.

Stopped in for flowers on 2-13-20, just before Valentines Day. They were extremely busy, but handled everything with dispatch and efficiency! The owner is very nice despite her penchant for harassing goblue me good naturedly about Michigan State in the middle of Wolverine country. However, maybe that is why the flowers are so nice at Enchanted Florist. Lots of fertilizer from cow U was used. Anyways, I highly recommend Enchanted Florist.

I wanted to get a bouquet for my mom, but I didnt have any idea what I wanted. The staff was incredibly helpful and they worked with my ideas and my budget. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and everyone was super nice. The building is old and beautiful too! I will go back anytime I need flowers.

The day the flowers were delivered they looked a week old. The second day some of the roses were already crispy. Total disappointment. They should have NEVER let those leave their store. MY BF lives in NY and wanted to support a local shop (I live in Ypsi). They should have sent a new arrangement, but did not. What a bummer! Never again! Horrible customer satisfaction. Thumbs down!So, what the owners suggested after my BF told them about the flowers was for me to bring them into the store, to have the bad flowers replaced. When he told them that wasnt convenient they offered to come and replace the bad flowers at my home. Never once did they offer to send a new batch altogether that same day. After they saw this review they finally offered to make it right. Sorry, too late. Had they offered to re deliver a new arrangement the same day with fresh flowers I never would have put a negative review on line, but they didnt offer that until much later and since most of the flowers were in bad condition this was truly the only good solution, but it was not offered when it should have been offered and by the time it was offered, it was simply too late.

EXCELLENT service. Got the roses I needed for Valentines Day on the SHORTEST notice (like, 3 hours) AND they even sent someone directly from the shop to hand deliver them so my lady friend would get them on her lunch break. Highly recommended.

I found this place by doing a simple Google search for flowers in Ypsilanti. I have passed by their location a hundred times being in Depot Town but never really noticed them. I went in with a very basic idea of what I needed, and was helped immediately. They took my idea and ran with it and came up with something that ended up working out perfectly. It looked wonderful and they had it ready within hours. I couldnt have been happier. If I have any sort of flower needs in the future, I am definitely going to them first.

Although tucked into Depot Town, this place needs more recognition. I went in today on the hopes they could help me with a flower arrangement for my boss, I was expecting to have to come back a couple hours later but was extremely surprised when I was helped immediately. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted, I described the jist of what I needed and she ran with it! Decent prices, awesome service. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I should of read 10.99 for delivery charge local ? 1 day after delivery flowers started to Wilt, ordered 2 balloons with the flowers and they were not ddelivered. Had to call for a refund, if i had not seen the flowers and asked where the balloons were i would have never know. I will not use this one again .

I can’t thank them enough! My son ordered corsage/boutinere for prom from a place that lost his order— I called Enchanted Florist and they agreed to make them with only 24hrs notice! They looked perfect and I’m so thankful they were willing to help! The examples they showed me of ones they were making were so unbelievably unique & beautiful I just had to leave a review! If you ever need a corsage & boutinere Enchanted Florist is the place to go.

In a no-notice drop-in, Ernie sent me on my way in very short order with a nice birthday arrangement. He also helpfully suggested next time to bring my own vase so they dont continue to multiply. :-)

Bouquet was about a third of the size of the one pictured. Coincidentally the return email addtess is absent in the confirmation email that they sent (simply says email us at -Blank)!Seventy three dollars and they were entirely unimpressive. Small, and not fresh or robust as pictured.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Will be back.

My husband called the day of Valentines Day and I received THE MOST BEAUTIFUL flowers I have ever seen!! They were abosolutely gorgeous, I can only say they looked like flowers on steroids! Also, my husband said he received great service when ordering the flowers! I would HIGHLY recommend Enchanted Florist in Ypsi!
