Never thought Id be a customer here, but I recently bought a bedroom set, a refrigerator and a tv stand with a built in electrical fireplace. All were offered at 4 months same as cash price which I took advantage of. They delivered the items and even hauled off the cardboard and trash for me. I recommend this place (especially the Yuba City store). The manager and his staff are easy to work with and do a good job explaining your options

Great customer service. We came to purchase a washer and dryer. They had a 6 month promotion. They arranged a delivery date. They had a lot of customers buying furniture and electronics because of the promotion. It might get confusing how lease works but the staff helps to explain it to you. They also have bilingual staff that can speak Spanish and English.

Great! Til the very end on our last payment. Too many coutesy phone calls. Pretty good deal if you pay like you are supposed to and dont flub up.

I have dealt with RAC for years. I have never had an issue with any of the stores, originally dealt with Chico and then the Bridge Street store.I have to say the customer service at this lpcation sucks. They call literally the day your bill is due multiple times and it continues until you make a payment. I asked them multiple times for my account number so I can pay my bill online. Every single time they gave me the wrong number or didnt even know how to find the number. Then I shouldnt need to wait 10 minutes on hold to make a payment. Ive also been hung up on. I still have an open account with this store and will be switching over to the Marysville store where they actually can be professional and curtious. Good riddance!
