I used to think chain stores like this had quality helpers. Now its as if they have no clue what you ask them. I had to search for my own because I was told by 4 different employees where an item was at and not one of them was right.

I love Home Depot. My only complaint would be that 9 out of 10 employees cant answer technical questions or give sound advice about products. I dont think this is Home Depots fault. I think rather, that most of the kids and many of the adults have probably never touched any type of hand tool let alone know how to use one.

This home depot seems to be a bit nicer than some of the others in the north state, especially garden center area.

Great work from a girl that cut wood for our family the other night. She was actually spot on. A first from home depot in my experience.

Ive shopped so much, I have become friends with some of their great, awesome staff. The manager went out of her way to resolve a grievance and their clerks- 2 out of 3, are knowledgeable and helpful.

I frequently shop at home depot, I really have had great welcoming entering the door. Smiling faces and I had the pleasure of meeting Gail at customer service and she is extremely knowledgeable and really knows her job! I always go through her line. Shout out to Gail for going above and beyond her job. Makes my day easy for work.

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HERE. bottom line up front. I finally saved up enough money for a fridge. Went in and let my wife pick out her favorite. We were told at register it was not in stock at their location but it would take 2 weeks to ship to our house. 2 weeks go by and then they send email saying delayed by 3 weeks. Frustrated, but happy, 5 weeks later it arrives. 3 hours after them installing it and plugging it in, it stops working and displays error code. I call. They say they’ll send someone next day. Next day comes and I get a text saying they have no technician available, soonest available will be 3 weeks!! I call Home Depot, they say they’ll call and put a rush on it. Never heard back. 3 weeks later, today, technician comes and says a part is broken and it will be three weeks until part can come!! I go to homedepot and am told that there’s nothing they can do for me. If you buy a fridge from these people this may be your story. Give Home Depot your money then wait 4 months and you might have a working fridge. I have been very patient, but I’m tired of feeding a family of 6 out a ice chest. I’m tired of buying bottled waters and bags of ice. Homedepot will not help you if the merchandise sold in their store doesn’t work.

The paint from here is pretty good and its pretty easy to find what you need. I love the plant area.

Most of the time they have what I want and the rest of the time I can order it online online but overall great customer service

Overall a good place to pick up necessary home cleaning and yard supplies. Make sure to check out the clearance items in the back of the store by the garden center...many good deals to be had,but this is a hit and miss thing.

They dont offer tool rentals except for maybe 2 or 3 tools. They need to have a complete rental department

I was sent to the wrong place by three different workers in the store and I was not happy cuz I had a broken foot so I that took a lot of walking finally finally Javonte upfront cool young man he was just so calm with me and so helpful and he actually did The Walking for me and went and got what I needed and brought it up to the cash register yeah I mean I was on Happy Hollow yeah I threw a couple of foul words around which was wrong on my part but man I was so frustrated my foot was just killing me with all that walking if they dont know where the item is they shouldnt send you walking all over the store so 25% of the cashiers know where stuff is in there

Largely not a fan of warehouse businesses, but this particular home depot is nice. Knowledgeable staff are on hand, and friendly. Id give 5 stars but when calling the store expect frustration. This location is all around great, and what deals they have. I was going to buy the pictured socket set for $130.00 which is a good deal but I went in today to find on sale for $99.00! Incredible!

Picked up at their lockers easiest thing ever thank you home Depot youre the best!Lockers are located outside so you have access without even going in the store....

They have a good selection but its like the plumbing section is cut in half and one side is on the far side of the Moon ! I had to be escorted to the lost plumbing aisle

The customer service here was awful. The people in the parking lot were more helpful than those working inside. If you need help with something that requires an employees help go somewhere else.

Better customer service and Lowes Lowes never greeted me not one time I was there for 20 minutes not one person greeted me and I walked out so home Depot is being better than them they still dont have what I need to have to time and their return policy sucks

My experience with home Depot is okay they have a really nice manager his name is Greg there that was super nice to me walk with me around the store helped me get what I needed..... They didnt have the soil I needed but I was helped in getting an alternative.some of their employees are just too young I feel and too inappropriate and dont value customers and how they feel....answers like I dont know and Im not sure as well as I dont think so, are not good enough for me if you dont know please find someone that does know. Thank you Greg for being such a sweet person.

Many things are missing in the inventory. Seems that the biggest retail stores are struggling from earning too much during this pandemic. All I have left is sarcasm for retribution.

Ordered about $6k in kitchen appliances 30 days ago from Home Depot. After delivery being delayed twice, I was lied to about XPO logistics waiting outside our home and them calling me about the arrival of my delivery. I had taken the day off from work for the delivery and received no phone call and our cameras confirmed no delivery truck arrived and waited. I understand Home Depot isnt responsible for direct manufacture deliveries, but when I called to notify Home Depot and ask about my purchase, no action was taken on their behalf, I received a it is what it is type response. They did not look into what happened with my order nor did they seem to care. Never received a follow up call from the store manager Carol after she would call XPO and look into it. The ball was definitely dropped by Home Depot or XPO and neither were willing to step up and rectify the situation.I ended up returning my purchase and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

As a contractor, I do the majority of my shoping here, its like a second home. Only complaint is against the customers that park in the trailer zone for the shade, but without a trailer! Its just rude...

Bought washer broke 8 days after buying it Home Depot wont do nothing about it. Reason why theyre getting up three instead of a one is because there corporate headquarters work something out with me and Im very satisfied with their job

I never have a problem finding things, or get help, I always find what Im loking for to do improments to my house, The reason I give four stars, is because they only one problem in this deparmets, I wanted to get and stimated for wimdows, and he didnt have and idea of what a heck I was looking for, even I have all the measurements, color of the glass, x o or f/h..... he was trying to sell me totally different of what I was asking for, I went to Lowes they understood what I need and I got the stimated of my windows.... Homedepot need to trained better the associated of the department on how to understand the costumers and what they need. Lisent, Understand, and Sell.

Unable to get a quote on a Kitchen Island granite counter top installation, unaware that you need an appointment. I was able to figure the price myself using my dimensions based on the granite I chose. I was able to walk in to Yuba City Tile and recieve a quote and schedule an installation with their preferred contractor all in the same visit for approximately the same price. I will be using Yuba City Tile for my project.

Loss prevention was profiling me as if I had no money! I spent $400 but wouldve spent more if I wasnt being harassed

Very friendly staff most the time theres a few people there that current very helpful or knowledgeable or friendly for all that matter we focus on the ones that are.Update: I went back in because I felt that I had chosen just a slightly too light of blue color and was I so happy to have Michael in paint take care of me. I dont think they get many requests for this and he hesitated for just a second but then was totally reassuring and said he would be able to do this! He did a fantastic job and apparently did the math in his head about the previous color components versus the color that I would like and just made small adjustments to the machine and put in the correct amount of pigments and voila! amazing! Thank you Michael! Management should be very happy with you running the paint department! I also was able to watch you handle other customers and youre very friendly and fast!

Like Lowes, HD is, unfortunately, not a hardware store - they are a home goods or home improvement store.Unless youre a known contractor and buy material in large quantities, youre on your own, particularly when it comes to sales assistance.If you need customer assistance, Id steer clear of both HD (and Lowes).

Love this company, wish I could just move my bed in since I’m here daily. These guys have been great and helpful while building my tiny house. Got a project you need help with? Not only do they carry all the materials but they even have the hook up for the professionals to get the job done for you at a good price

I always have good luck getting what I need and the staff is professional & friendly at this store. I personally prefer it over the Lowes in town for most my needs. Appliances are difficult to get at times

I love Home Depot I just dont love that the workers cant help you if they arent in their isle. I really needed wood screws for a shelf and for the wall and dude said bummer I usually have some by the shelves youll have to go to isle 28 at the other end of the store, which wasnt the real problem. The problem was he never even told me WHAT SIZE screw or what kind of screws to get and of course there wasnt anyone around that isle!!

Home Depot is way better then Lowes I cant stand shopping at Lowes you know they actually accuse my eighty-year-old dad of stealing a lawn mower when we went to return it because it was broken and he paid $300 for it and they tried to say that he took the display model because when they scanned the receipt came back saying it already been returned I told him thats why Im a Home Depot shopper

There was probably 90% compliance to mask requirements. Most people hanging the mask off their ear. So technically they were wearing a mask?!??! But I will say that Home Depot has done as best they could. Its the people that need to comply!

99.999% of the time they have what Im looking for. What else can I say.... Theyre Home Depot. I always check them out before trying Lowes or any other large hardware store.

The roof sealant is at a good price was easy to apply. Plus the caulking and all the tools we needed. And the employees were very helpful.

Where else can you go to get all this great stuff, and absolutely no help finding it? LOVE the app now that it tells me where stuff is in the store, so I dont care as much that its impossible to get help!

I ordered flooring for the whole house and Teresa is awsome. She helped us with everything and it went well until the pick up date came, I called in and was told it is not here and gave me a new date. I went in on that day as we tried to call on that day and could not get through, the online process was not working either. They gave us the trim pieces and said the flooring is not here,,, try tomorrow so I did and I was passed around and then they said it is not here, I will call them tomorrow and call you tomorrow. We have half of our house tore up ready to start putting down flooring. We are tripping over beds and furniture and frustrated with this!

They got 2 stars because the first person I asked sent me almost 4 aisles away. When I finally found the area I needed............. sold out😢😡. Normally wouldnt bug me too much but I had surgery 2 days before. Made a tough day even tougher. Call before you go if you any issues like mine, might get lead on a wild goose chase.

A little disorganized

When someone ask you for a measuring tape to measure 25ft dont tell me its 25ft I know it is its why I asked if you had one so I can see what the length is. Had to ask another guy for a measurement tape and he whips one right out on the spot and I ask is it 25ft an he said no then directed me to the measuring tape isle so I could measure it myself. You know 3 guys standing in the back over hear me asking for something and they just let the guy handle it and his response is but its 25ft like just disappointed
