Normally we got to OReillys but yesterday we went to change the oil in the car and the dang oil filter was stuck on. We tried almost everything we could thing of and bought several different tools to tryn fix the issue. We went to AutoZone to purchase a couple of these parts and when they didnt work we were able to take the parts back in no issues. Great customer service!P.S. We did finally get it off with a tool and got it changed but it was an all day mission just to change the oil, lol.

I go if I have to, napa provides a more knowledgeable staff, and personal atmosphere.

The store is so small & the parking lot is so terrible that I hesitate to go in here because its sort of a nuisance but sometimes its convenient to go to the nearest auto parts store. the parking lot is absolutely absurd and it needs to be remodeled with all the stupid curbs taken out and redesigned so that you can actually get in and out.

As someone who has no idea when it comes to anything car related, Ron came to the rescue and helped me get the right headlight and then installed it, even letting me watch and walking me through what he was doing ! I would definitely go back, and would recommend anyone go, Ron making the experience all that much better.

The counter people at AutoZone have become very helpful in recent years. The location is quite convenient for a quick parts run. If they dont have the parts in stock, its usually only a day or so. This trip was easy, a couple of bulbs.

I never really leave reviews but the service was so bad i had to, my wife and i went in to get some stuff for a tune up. after grabbing the items we needed we waited in line, there was only one person on the counter at the time ringing people up. after they were done ringing the people up in front of us, they said they had to clock out and someone will be right with us to ring us up, we said ok no problem, we stood there for another 20mins while other workers walk pass us and did other things. we just put our stuff on the counter and left. i guess our money isnt important and just went somewhere else.

I called today asking for a price on a battery, after getting a quote ask if they installed batteries and the person on the phone said yes, i drove all the way from marysville and once i got there the manager at the counter said he had no one to install it. i told him i can wait but he said it would be better tomorrow when he has more people. i just wasted over a hour and ended up going to walmart and got the battery cheaper and installed right away. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOZONE IF YOU WANT FAST AND QUICK SERVICE.

I recently had to replace my car battery. I went to AutoZone in Marysville and was greeted as I walked through the door. The woman behind the counter was friendly and it took her about 25 seconds to look up my vehicle and find the battery I needed. I was able to return the old battery at the AutoZone in Yuba City and get my core charge back. The personnel at both stores were well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Also they log all purchases under my phone number so I dont need my receipt for returns or warranty replacement.

Excellent store. Always cleaned, dusted somewhat and organized. Every time I go in, they always have the products I need in stock. Well, except for the leather seat cover/protector I needed, but out of how many times I go in, it is excuseable.Also, the manager is extremely nice and very proactive in helping you. He goes out of his way to help, and then some. One of the girls that work here though is a little rude.

I couldnt get anyone on the phone to get the parts ordered for my truck, after a week of going round and round with numerous phone calls (even had my mechanic call several times but they still couldnt get it right), I told them to forget it Ill go somewhere else. Auto zone needs to teach their employees common telephone courtesy. By the way, Husts brothers in Marysville had the part I needed the same day with NO Hassles!

Get in the zone with Auto zone. Great staff great people. Had a problem with my car the guy came out side with his code reader and found out the problem sold me the part I put it in and it fixed the problem .thanks guys you saved me hundreds by helping me fix it myself.and repair. Shop would have charged 6 times more than what it cost me to fix it.

I have been to Canadian tire before. The workers here look like they are crack heads and take a lot of drugs and have tattoos all over. Really wasnt a pleasant experience. Should hire good workers and they seem to know really less.

Store manager and associate sold me four gabriel shocks for my vehicle. Two of the boxes appear that they had been opened in the past and taped closed. In one of the taped box it did contain the shock, but was missing the spacers, washers, and nut that accompanies new shocks. The store needs to make sure all products are sold with the proper materials needed for installation.

If I could give any less I would. First off let me start by saying that if my employees (owner of two businesses and in the military) ever told me I dont want to or no, especially in front of a customer...lets just say they would no longer be employed by me...period! I walked in with my Dad to help him get a battery for his truck. My Dad is an older gentleman and I didnt want him carrying the battery because it is very heavy. So, I approached the manager that I was suppose to see and asked if there was a cart available to wheel the battery in. (Which I had no problem doing) He said sure! And asked his employee (a red shirt) Victoria if she could clear a cart and help us out. She huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes, and then said really? You want me to move all this stuff off the cart to get a battery? He said yes and then she persisted to give attitude and said she didnt feel like it. At this point my dad and I are very uncomfortable and my Dad is the type of person who doesnt like to inconvenience anyone so, he walks away to stand over in an isle while I pay. In The mean time she gets the cart cleared...passes me and then turns around and says uh, hello! I kind of need to know who Im following to get the battery keep in mind my Dad is now standing right next to her and looks at me with a very uncomfortable face letting me know that hes ready to leave at this point. This immediately makes me livid! Be rude to me all you want because Ill handle it but be rude to my father and youve got your self another story. I look at her manager to see what hes going to do and he doesnt put her in check at all. So, I tell her who to follow since shes that incompetent to understand who shes helping. Maybe if auto zone payed more attention in training their employees their wouldnt have been an issue(a little advice, if one is going to work in customer service one might want to develop some manners and people skills. And pull their head out of the clouds and stop being ruse...preferred a different choice of words but this is a review) and someone would actually know who they were suppose to help. Helping someone with a cart doesnt require much intelligence. Some employees are clearly in the wrong career field. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and I will NEVER go back to yuba city auto zone as long as customer service like this is still being conducted. I will also make sure my friends and family do not grace Auto zone with their presence. All I have to say is they are lucky I have respect for my father because my choice of words would have been very different had he not been present. This is the short version of the stuff they pulled. How this location is still open is remarkable.

EVERYTIME Ive came into this store the employees are being inappropriate and making offensive comments. I ask for certain parts, they stare at me like a dog watching TV, followed by me giving up and wandering your store to find my own parts. Ive called looking for parts and they tell me theyre in stock, I show up and theyre not in stock. For this reason I now go out of my way to go to NAPA, OReillys, or even the Marysvilles Autozone (They are waaaaay better, and much more knowledgeable). You want to better yourself, hire knowledgeable employees, who want to be there, and want to help customers.
