WAY TOO SLOW!!!! SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 40 MIN TO GO A FEW CARS...NO REASON FOR IT TO TAKE THAT LONG..hire more people or move faster..absolutely ridiculous!

Every trip to Dairy Queen always brings back good memories. The only slightly negative thing about this location is the narrow and steep exit immediately after the unusually high drive up window. Consistently good soft serve ice cream and slushies with a friendly staff.

Dairyqueen/ Orange Julius in picturesque Yucaipa California features loads of ice cream and drink treats and eats!Great helpful staff and they also have a convenient drive through!Loads of free parking if you want to stop in and close to lots of stores to shop at and get whatever you need.They also have fresh ice cream cakes and treats in their freezer to take home with you.Family and senior friendly!

My husband took our boys here for there regular Friday treat for the week and he was told to wait outside. They stated that only children were allowed inside with out their parents, it was also raining with no cover outside. Then after my husband reluctantly left, they told my boys they had to go outside and wait as well. There was a Max of 6 and they totaled 7 inside. Just ridiculous. We won’t be back ever again

Waited over 50 minutes in the drive thru for only 3 cars to move through it had to leave because aint no one got an hour to wait for a ice cream seriously insaneI see you have reply and glad to hear your generic response, but my name isnt bart......

They were out of brownie pieces for the brownie batter blizzard, out of chopped nuts for the sundaes (but had whole nuts-not sure why they cant chop those). Made it to the window quickly after ordering but the blizzards were already starting to melt. Had to ask for a spoon for the sundae.

Delicious ice cream and great prices compared to other Dairy Queens, was what I wouldve posted after my first visit to this location, BUT after tonight, my feelings have changed! We drove 20 minutes out of our way to go here because I was so impressed with it the other time I went there. However, after waiting in line for 10 minutes in the drive-thru, we were informed that they were closed and we couldnt order anything. This was at 9:35, when closing time was supposed to be 10:00! I told them how far wed come and pointed out what time it was, but they didnt care. My family is extremely disappointed and will not be going there again, and will also encourage all of our friends and family to avoid it as well.

Went to this location for a peanut buster parfait. Ordered in the drive through about 9:40. I could see people mopping up inside. I paid for my ice cream and when it was handed to me I was shocked. It had a little chocolate and peanuts in the bottom and a little just below the the lid line. Nothing at all on top. All they needed to do is look at a picture. A bunch of kids in a hurry to go home with no regard for the customer. I handed it back and dove away. I will not be going back to this establishment.

Great service. Even had my pup with us and received a free pup cup.

Usually the servings sizes are good but not today. I ordered a medium hot fudge sundae and this is what they gave me. There was only ice cream in the very bottom of the cup. If this is a medium, what’s a small like? Very disappointed.

Thin Mint Blizzards are back in season! While this location does not have a full Brazier menu availability, it makes up for it with a speedy drive-through and all the frozen goodness you expect from DQ (Added bonus they have Orange Julius stuff as well)

Truthfully a bit mad. Stood in the store for a good while to ring up a cake and was told you take nothing over 20 but the cake itself is over 20 and no where is it posted. So i walked outside took less than a min to get the cash needed. Then when i walked back in it took them more time to get back to me again. No other customers in store. Just the line outside. Witch they took 4 people that entered the line after i walked in before me. You also dont write on cakes witch really makes no sense. Didnt expect 10 minutes of defrosting time just in store.

I never eat in but my blizzards and shakes are always delicious.

Wish i could give it 0 but it only allows 1 star but i went here at my lunch which my lunch is an 1hr and they took my whole 1hr lunch just to make two medium blizzards any other Dq i’ve been to never took this long this isn’t even the first time🙄

Everytime I go I order the royal cheesecake blizzard and pay for extra cheese cake or get it with another topping added and I either dont get any cheesecake bites or i get like one or two little pieces I think Im done trying no matter what I never get what I pay for or ask for. 😒

This DQ must be hard up if it has to CHARGE FOR WHIPPED CREAM on a chocolate shake (that DID NOT EVEN TASTE LIKE CHOCOLATE!), and also charge an in-person ordering fee! I will NEVER go to this DQ again!

Internet states you are open till 10:30 on a Friday. 2 carloads of people showed up in the drive thru first order was placed at 10:07 I was in the second car at 10:08 went to place order and was told you closed at 10pm. How did my friends get there order through and I was denied???????? Poor customer service

Never had a problem going there before but they give us the wrong one and the guy before us they give him my baby sisters and then the lady tells us that that brownie dough is wonder woment one and then tell us that the other one is wonder women one but i only got one not 2 so me and my brother had to trade and he was eating mine.

Drive thru is slow but its worth it. The service is always nice and they always greet my dog with a treat. AWESOME!

Two really good Milk Shakes

I dont know when the other reviewers went but typically Im there later at night and this Dairy Queen has some of the best service you will find in fast food. The young employees are always really happy and nice. And you cant beat the truffle blizzard. Dont usually leave reviews but saw the rating on google maps and dont believe its reflective of their business. Thanks DQ!

Hit and miss. Sometimes a little light on the candy mix-ins. Had more than a few blizzards that are half plain, bland vanilla. New app has some pretty cool promotions but this location says they dont currently give or use the points on it. Drive thru is nice for lazy nights when you want ice cream without having to change out of your sweatpants.

This is the best Dairy Queen, no scratch that, the best ice cream, still not enough emphasis, the best of the best of the best any type of shop ever!!! The blizzards are the greatest thing ever. Ask my man Tristan for a custom mix. So again, hands down, the best thing Ive ever eaten period!

The only thing is that its too busy so the waiting time is not good weather you order in and or out still the same I mean they are still the fastest to provided service compared to other places so I am glad about this gotta love those young people for the effort they do.good job to all the employees there they are friendly and courteous

I ordered a birthday cake special order 3 days in advance for my sister. The cake was awful very unprofessionally done! The icing look like it was melting the border on top was not even touching. The colored flowers were fastly done/rushed, you could see the blue color in the purple. It was supposed to be purple and blue flowers. There was a splash of color on the side and on the top when the whole cake was just White. I cant believe that they wouldnt help me and they try to give my mom a good deal of only paying $20 for a unprofessional ugly cake!! I suggest no one ever order cakes from here go somewhere where youll actually get your moneys worth, that will actually look nice and what you paid for. Im very upset I ordered this cake special for my sisters birthday, I ordered it 3 days in advance to have a nice cake just for my sister!

So I had ordered a medium Resse blizzard before a group came in. They literally served like maybe 4 or 5 orders that had a few or more items each before I had to tell one of the employees that I waited over 10 minutes for one thing. He then made my blizzard. Ive worked in fast food and I know youre supposed to serve people in order but they didnt care here.

Was stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes, only 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window. The girl was distracted by a fellow co worker trying to show her an ice cream sculpture she made. The blizards were melted. I give up on this location

I just love everything there its just like so tasty I mean if you didnt go here before make sure to try it out its really good and yes hot fudge ice cream chocolate dark chocolate and I just left everything there I think its a wonderful place where you can get ice creams or try Thriftys
