Its Walmart. Low on cashiers and high on people. Normal stuff. Clean and organized tho so thats cool.

Tire center has has horrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone or even greets you at the counter. It’s amazes me the level of service Walmart in general provides to all customers. This is exactly why I don’t shop there. Today I decided to give them a chance for business, no thank you.

Great. Very family oriented, with a high range and selection to choose from. Friendly workers and managers. We are so happy to be able to come here. Clean, too.

This is my go-to store. Currently having remodeling happening and everything is getting moved. Often times things will not be restocked, regularly the freezers go out and things cannot be purchased. Overall, the store needs a bit of help. Staff and cleanliness are on point though! Sometimes the cash register lines get very, very long, especially with tourists visiting so that will hopefully get handled better when the remodeling is over.

The service was awful. My daughter And I waited 45 minutes, spoke to five employees to get someone to bring the key and get formula. We were waiting with two other people all of us with children. It was ridiculous to have every employee give us an excuse repeatedly. I had the same kind of luck in the produce department where there were pumpkins for sale, with no price the employees did not know the price When they scanned it it was not in stock or was not sold at that store. It took 30 minutes for two employees to figure out their pumpkins are $4.88 . Its sad that no matter what in this area you have to just accept it because there isnt another option.

Unfortunately this store doesnt believe in good customer service, because I had to wait over 30 minutes in line just to return one item. One cashier and had no back up cashier. Another customer ask for a manager, and the manager said they didnt have another cashier. There was a hugh line! Then I had to wait again at the front check stands. Very poor service, the manager should have help out to get the line down or have trained more checkers for back up. This wasnt the first time this has happened. I wonder if corporate even cares about what kind of service this store is giving. I am being nice giving one star...

Nice store. Lately some things havent been stocked.Prices have been going up.

Compared to most Walmarts this store was much cleaner and had a really good selection in its grocery section.Wish my Walmart in Redlands CA was this nice!

Wasnt a bad trip. Multiple lines with cashiers open and they were pretty well stocked. They are in the middle of a remodel so everything is kind of moved around.

I remember. Went for lunch. Wasnt bad service was ok and friendly. Food was ok

My experience in this store has been great. I have been going to this store with my service dog for over a year consistently and the employees and mgt are great. Thank you Walmart associates!

Got in and out fast and located what was needed with app. I know everyone else experience is not like this but mines was XD

What can I say.....its Wal-Mart. But this Wal-Mart actually has a good bunch of worker bees that are all polite and friendly. I have not encountered and rude workers or customers while shopping. The store stays clean and managers are quick to respond if any emergency should arise. But if you need help in sporting goods dont bother pushing the little service button on the gun case. Nobody will ever show up lol. U are better off just finding a worker and dragging them over to help you. Other than that great store.

Ever since yucca valley Walmart started hiring with affirmative action policies, the quality of this store has dropped significantly, no one is ever around to ask a question of, and if there is most of the time that worker never took the time to learn about the store in it’s entirety... basic stuff like what the store sales and where items are located....... coupled with the fact that the store itself looks like no one has been working the place for that entire day,I just came from there and it took this cashier like 20 minutes to scan a mere 20 items.....just another example where liberal ideology damages our community and health standards, all in the name of Equity and diversity.Hire with competence in mind.....Instead of skin color or most “ marginalized “ group

Needed some stuff for an upcoming trip. Was able to get pool floaties for less than $10- each. Great value. We used them the whole weekend and plan to use them again in a month.

I am shocked how the prices of the food at Walmart have gone up just like the grocery stores. The clothing is so way out of date and the prices of the clothing for what theyre worth are pretty high price I dont think Ill be buying clothes or groceries at Walmart anymore.

Be careful. They arent enforcing masks and this is in an area that people from out of state regularly pass through.

Walmart just resurfaced the parking lot and took away many HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES. Leaving NO PARKING zones in their place. SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT WANT HANDICAPPED PEOPLE SHOPPING THERE.

Slow lines need more cashiers and the shelf could be better restock

Have had many terrible experiences with this Walmart. My wife and I use to do the pick up but after getting spoiled meat and rotting vegetables 4 times in a row we decided to do it ourselves. Tonight on our way back from Palm Springs my wife and I needed to stop and get baby formula and some other small things. I waited at the cabinet for over 30 minutes for someone to unlock it. I asked multiple employees walking around I pressed the button more than once and I even called the store but nobody would answer. Eventually I found someone that could get the key and claimed that they were in a meeting at 10:30pm. These are just a few experiences we have had and this is by far the WORST Walmart I have ever been to.

Its the only Walmart within many miles and has pretty much anything.

This store is so big but very easy to navigate and find everything you are looking for, check out is fast, they make sure enough lines are open to ensure a swift troublefree checkout experience. Theres ample parking and the employees are very knowledgeable of the products and where theyre located in the store

Although prices are good, stock on many items is low. We purchased a twin mattress for our brother. Last one in stock for about 150. Out of electric blankets and very low stock of any blankets and sheets. Still, we got nice thick hand towels on sale for a buck, so cant complain.

There are many aspects of Walmart in the Echo Valley to give it a five star rating being so close to the Joshua tree national Park it’s great to have a place to go down and re-supply read up your camping here and I’ll get supplies or handy in addition to all the great things at Walmart or handy for it seems to me they always seem to have what I want when I need it and I’m able to get it that’s great

The lady standing at the door was belligerent and rude. Multiple customers were walking around the store without asking and upon telling her my family was all vaccinated she continued to spout off how it is a law that people were masks in buildings. It I fact is not a law but a mandate. The option should have been given to wear the mask or leave since the building is on private property. Upon attempting to explain that to her she stated that on June 15th the magical law would be lifted.

Frustrating long lines going into the clothing dept! Even the self check out. If you bought anything frozen be sure it would melt. No managers monitoring??? No vegetable bags today. Empty shelves not stocked. Past 3 months…getting worse. Horrible.

Never enough registers open. The lines are insanely long. At the self checkouts as well. I would highly encourage putting more cashiers on the clock. Other than that, restrooms are always clean!

Anybody else have what can best be described as a ghostly experience at this particular WalMart? The last time I went to this store, I had just this type of experience.I was at the cashier located in the garden section making my purchases. Behind the cashier, approximately 7 feet away, leaning against shelves stocked with barbecue charcoal, was a broom & dustpan. As the cashier rang up my purchases, I observed the broom lift up from its leaning position against the shelves, make a circular motion around the dustpan before falling to the ground.I am not some kook nor am I on drugs and/or alcohol nor am I making this up for some vicarious thrill. I am simply just explaining my ghostly experience at Yucca Valleys WalMart. Wondering if anybody else had similar experiences?

Could be more organized but fairly good selection and the people that work there range from super nice to extremely rude.

I return to get valve stem caps that were left off after getting my tires rotated and spun balance!

Reading other reviews, I cant help but to agree about the products out of stock, long lines, etc. But really isnt this any big box store? Ive never walked into a Target or Walmart and saw everything in stock. It feels weird if they even have 50% of the items in stock...Long lines come with the territory of tourists. Ive only been here twice, either super late at night or super early in the morning.

No firewood for sale in May. Was looking on my way to camping at Joshua Tree. But they did have good prices on water! Definitely get lots of water here!

Its a great place to get what you need excellent selection on all goods

Yucca Valley Walmart is moving everything around in its store, which made it difficult to shop this morning at 6 am. The aisles were crowded with employees filling the shelves, so I couldnt get everything I needed. Now I have to make another trip. The good thing was that employees and customers were wearing masks.

My experience shopping at Walmart is always an experience to say the least Im. There daily I shop for three to four families weekly I really like the fact I can slip away and pay for my items at the cosmetic or auto department and not have to be in those long lines the employees are very nice and helpful they could use to have more motorized carts though all and all its a great store

I went through the express check out, when getting home I noticed that the meals we bought were not there, thinking it had to be left there. I called and the lady on the phone stated, please come back with your receipt and the store will allow me to get two new meals. Theyre really nice the stuff is very nice and we are happy with the service!

The grocery pick up out in the back/side of the store was quick and very easy. The two young folks there were most helpful. I think their names were Kenneth and Kayla. I was there at 9am on May 6th. Im in a wheelchair which makes going anywhere a huge headache. Thanks so much for helping out us older crippled folks.

Decent place, associates could be nicer and maybe alittle more helpful but still one of my favorite places

Quick stop for the last few things for BBQ. Place was VERY busy! We managed to get in and out pretty quick... BUT we had to scan our own groceries. Not a fan... I work all day.. the last thing I want to do is work @ Walmart too?

This is like a paradise. You can find almost everything for all your life, food, toys, crafts, auto parts, clothes, pets, garden etc. My first option every day.

Ordered a grocery pick up and waited over an hour before just deciding to leave without our groceries and go somewhere else. I called twice after arrival and was told each time it would be right out. Stater Bros Market right up the road was much quicker and had very friendly employees. Would 100% recommend them over Walmart.

I was rushed by the sales person in charge of unlocking the display cabinet for car audio connection type wiring. The reason that i was irradiated was the kit was around just under a $100 dollars. I like to feel and read the packaging when spending that much on a couple wires and connecting plug. But i did speak with the manager and was reassured that she would convey that to the worker. So we will see on my next visit....

Good for many of the things you might need. My only con of shopping here are the long check out lines. 40 registers 4 open. I refuse to work for Walmart without getting paid so I dont do self checkout.

Always clean, mostly friendly staff, best walmart ive been to in cali.

Easy to find what you need and as far as getting help from employees, they seem to be helpful for your shopping needs. Not always but for the most part Ive never really had any issues with that. They for the most part always have what I need in stock and its never really that crowded at least when I go. Hope this helps with ur decision on where to shop. ✌️

Giving 1 Star to the Corporation...Sunday Morning & only 2 Registers open with Cashiers with Lines all the way back to the center of store. Self check out open also which I prefer to use however some people need assistance with what their are doing so they could be done quicker...the line definitely went faster because some actual cashiers tend to be not so speedy....Walmart hire & value your employees so you can actually keep them

Friendly,helpful associates and the shelves were well stocked! The store and bathroom was really clean and lots of free parking.

Went around 930pm on a Monday night. Did not feel comfortable at all in the parking lot or inside the store. There were a lot of people loitering. Security was just sitting in the front of the parking lot at the store entrance. They never once patrolled the lot.

Garden center cashiers..please reevaluate the way you handle customers. Lss....filled my cart...waited in line for 20 min....2 people in front of me...a couple behind me...then the cashier says...sorry I cant take more people...my register is going down and needs to be rebooted. He says it takes about 30 min to reboot. So.....we need to go elsewhere and pay...but he took the cash paying customer b4 me...sigh....so I left my cart and spent my money at home depot. You had a walkie and another person there...but called no manager.

Always a good experience, employees very helpful, always available to assist.

Not sure if I just came at the right time but I was extremely surprised at how well stocked the shelves were! I noticed some reviews saying the bathrooms were disgusting and they must have seen those and did a deep cleaning because they were super clean!

Staff are friendly and knowledgable. But the line to pay for your stuff is slow. Never seem to be enough cashiers.

Always 1 checkout line open, despite the 100+people in line. Cant buy alcohol because nobody shows up to unlock the cage....ever. Shelves never seem stocked, yet they are always taking up the aisle doing what appears to be... Stocking the shelves.

Its Walmart lol. Except this one only ever has 1 lane open.

Really dont like the choices they make in locking up certain products, then never responding to the call for a key holder.

Five stars for people watching. I have never seen so many successful self checkout thefts in my life. Wow. The influx from 29 palms is incredible and adds significantly to the experience. They are always out of so much stuff and its even worse since they are remodeling. They always have their shoppers so you can hardly get by and have a lot of stuff sitting in the aisles.

Always long lines, never enough cashiers. Not allowed to use self check out because I had more than 20 items, which forces you to stand in one of two open cashiers.The rest of the store employees are always polite& helpful.

Walmart is the only store the best store in yucca valley so its great its fantastic go there for everything

Its a Walmart. This place always seems understocked in water, Gatorade, beer and other various camping/hiking staples that Walmarts Merch Planners in Bentonville, AK should be on top of. The employees are always nice tho.

Love the store but hard to get in and out of there because the only ever have to go through line building I do I buy alcohol and I cant go to the express can I have kids one item I have to stand behind 500 people with thousands about change that up a little bit but other than that it is a game store

It is a super center so it has it all. They have cold beer and liqourPrices are great. One stop shop if in the area.
