Went to get the covid-19 shot. They were very rude. They dont have any respect for seniors. Went and got it done at vons.Very professional place. Great staff.

Every time ive gone here the lady at the drop off window is extremely rude. Trying to say my insurance is invalid or that i cant fill my prescriptions for various reasons. Treating me like im lying or incompetent. i wish i wouldve looked at her name but was far too angry both times and didnt pay attention. Will never try to go through them again. Which in turn also makes walmart loose some of my business because i buy stuff every time im there. Not that it will affect them. But it is the truth. I cant believe how unprofessional they treat their customers and patients.

Been pretty good last couple years. In the past it wasnt so good. But seems to have straightened out.

Horribly managed, with little interest in becoming better. They take far too long to fill a prescription -- 8 months for one medicine, 2 months for another. They even tied up the orders so that it was legally impossible for me to give up and choose a different pharmacy. (They refused to cancel pending requests, keeping it in a pending status for months on end.) Records lost, messages from doctor unreturned, forms to the insurance company incorrectly filled out. Ultimately, they promised to retrain their associates on one process. I doubt this place is fixable. Go elsewhere.

They are so slow and very unfriendly.

I love these people! As in any aspect of life, show them respect and they show you the same curtesy.

Technicians went out of there way to give me my medications as quickly as possible.
