I have shopped at this Stater Bros. since I can remember. I even worked at this store in my early twenties. I really like the employees. They are always very friendly. And I enjoy our little chats. I have never had a bad experience. Honestly my favorite store in town. Although I dont like the new floor plan but Ill get used to it.

My experience was very delightful at this location. I came in knowing what I had needed and knew where it was located, this made for a quick trip. The checkout was speedy as the store wasn’t busy at the time. I will consider going to this location in the future.

This place is pretty lame simply for the fact that you have to spend $15 in order to get any cash back off of your debit card and what is crazy is that they didnt not want to count my EB T purchase toward that $15 because its not cash. Im like whatever so the guy did eventually give me cash back off my debit card but it was a big fat hassle and their policies are made up and lame

Remodeled there store... Hard to find what I need till I learn the layout again. But like how they did remodel it. Feels cleaner

West end store is great. Good prices.Lots of different items. Not just the top brands and High end. Better place for seniors to shop. Digital deals are the best.

Staters chocolate milk is 100% hands down the best chocolate milk available in the US!

Got some great steaks to grill. The butcher trimmed them and they came out awesome.

The store has been changed since my last visit. I assume that it is to improve the customers shopping experience. Aisle lanes have been changed. Had to look for things, but still a good shopping trip. Not to busy today.

Well, I had a little mishap at the Yucca Valley store. When I got home two items I purchased, were not in my bag. I called, spoke with the manager, a very nice and professional man by the name of Roman. He sorted the issue out for me. I love my hometown store. No matter where I go, if I need to stop at the store I will ALWAYS find a Stater Bros!

I love always coming into this store, everyone is extremely caring and kind, store is stocked well and I always get in and out quickly. I would also like to mention how amazing, courteous and kind your employee Ryan W is, he helped me find a few items, bagged my groceries and helped me to my car, all the while being extremely talkative, helpful and kind. EXCELLENT Sales on Food and Beverages in Every Department. ALWAYS GREAT MEATS from the Butcher and the Counter Package Meats. EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE ARE SUPER NICE,FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, Especially because I have been using their Electric Wheelchairs, THE EMPLOYEES CANT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU,THEYRE ALL GREAT.

This Staters repaid me for a item that the other staters bagger didnt bag with my groceries. I didnt want to go back 20mi RT. And i mentioned the incident and they told me that if i took my reciept they could check cameras. The bagger came out to my car and asked if i got it i said no i didnt go to the other store. He said that they will replace it. THANK YOU SO MUCH I RESPECED THAT.AND APPRECIATION IS GIVEN. Thank you!

The employees are well knowledgeable about products and their location for the most part. Very friendly and courteous as well. I am a regular there and I dont think Ive had a bad experience at this location. Most of the times, I am in and out with what I need. Lindsey, the cashier is very good at her job and her line is usually really fast. Definitely do recommend this store anytime I can to anyone. Keep up the great work.

I Talked To The Stores Owner The Reason Prices Have Gone Has Do In Part To Supply & Demand And The Virus As Soon As Things Get Back To Normal You Will See More Sales And Prices Will Go Down. Still Better Than Any Other Super Market About The Same As Walmart.

Yes, I shop here often, and at various times of day This time seemed to be very popular,Saturday 4 to 5 pm. Although it was busy with shoppers, the checkout lines were very well prepared. When a line would. E filling up, the staff would open a another register,keeping things moving.This shopper appreciates the follow through for our time and health considertion

Out of all the types of soups I went to Staters looking for, they didnt have a single one out of the 4 flavors I was looking for, for my mother, who recently had her appendix removed.Almost all of their stuff is overpriced as well. Its just a more convenient location to where I live than going to some other store.

This is one of the worst Stater Bros. When it comes to Customer Service. The checker who didnt wear a name tag was the rudest cashier I have ever seen. If she doesnt like people, get out of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Questioning a bottle of Carlo Rossi merlot wine at 12.99, other bottles were 10.99. Question Melanie L. Cashier price difference. Her sweet answer was to write company. I thought she call someone from that department for a price check. Melanie L. needs to retire, she looks worn out and does not like her job. She was not kind.

Love, love LOVED the meat. We bought 2 pieces of sirloin and cooked it on the grill. Must say it was the best meat Ive had for awhile. The store offers to spice it for you which is very nice. The veggie selection was also great. The store is clean, the staff very helpful, and short lines. Nothing to complain about!
