Great place to buy books for all your needs and if they do not have it in the store they could order it for you. Do not have to pay for it until the book arrives. Customer satisfaction is their # 1 priority.

I always love going here just to chill. I love how calm and quiet it is, and just entering here always brings me into a happy mood. If I could I would stay here all day and be surrounded by all sorts of books.

Barnes and Noble has a great selection of books and other items. And whats really special is that after you purchase your book you can have a coffee while reading it.

An old family favorite that I havent been to in a few years. Still a wonderful relaxing place to pick your next reading adventure. Plus I found a great 3d puzzle for my granddaughter.

Every time I go to Barnes & Noble I get into a feel-good mood. I love the wide variety of books they offer in every store. For Yuma in specific, I also enjoy the light smell of coffee around the store. Also, the novelty items section is relatively large so you can find the perfect companion for a book-gift or even things you need as an avid reader. The children section is very nice. Overall, the Yuma store is a must if you like purchasing books in person at a store.

Big place with tons of books. I found the ones I was looking for and the lady/cashier was very kind. This place is cosy and warm. Perfect to spend the day inside looking for the perfect book or reading one in the Starbucks inside.

Im not an avid reader but this bookstore makes me want to buy all the books.I love this place. And also staff are friendly and they inform you well of offers and specials.I hope they never close it 😥😥 (both stores on the sides went out of business)

How can you not give five stars to a Barnes & Noble? Great stores, maybe the last remaining major bookstore chain? Includes a Starbucks with seating and slightly expanded (better) food menu. Games, puzzles, calendars and of course millions of books and mags. Very clean, well lit, welcoming. Perfect for a rainy day!

Staff saw me just looking around and as usual they ask if I need help with anything. This time i actually was looking for a certain book and the employee immediately helped me find the book I wanted. Never a bad day when I walk into the store.

This is a wonderful store. The people the work here are a great and always helpful. The cafe that they have here has some of the best sandwiches Ive ever eaten and the best green iced tea I have ever had. The store is clean it is neat and it is easy to find the the books and other items that you want. It has a tremendous selection of magazines and a good selection of turntables, games, and records. I would suggest getting a Barnes & Noble membership card it is not that expensive for the year and you get a tremendous amount of discounts using it. I would also suggest that instead of going to Amazon you shop at Barnes & Noble. I have noticed that books at Amazon that are the same at Barnes & Noble on much much cheaper at Barnes & Noble than they are at Amazon. The Barnes & Noble Nook is better than the e-reader that Amazon sells. Plus you have the advantage of seeing people and being around people greeting people meeting people talking to people that share your interest in books. This is an excellent store and a wonderful place to go.

I was relieved to be able to drift through the stacks at B&N even with the pandemic. The staff mandate mask wearing and have barriers at the registers, but otherwise it is still the same great selections and service. Highly recommend you stop by!

Being able to roam around in such a wonderful bookstore is such a quiet comfort. You can truly get lost in the possibilities! Having a Starbucks in the same place is heavenly. I heartily recommend this experience.

Disappointed in the lack of gardening books, only one small area in a town where we can grow gardens 365 days a year. Yuma, AZ. Not one sales associate asked me if I needed help and I was in the store for over 45 minutes.

This is my third experience with a Barnes and Noble and this was by far the best. The people are very helpful and I will definitely go back again. The store was huge and well-stocked and Im probably going to have to take the whole afternoon to go through there and look around because there was that much good stuff to look at. Plus theyre books on sale where were really great. Will definitely be come have it with me.

I live in Yuma and come here quite often. The staff are so friendly and helpful! When I asked about getting a job there the cashier was nice enough to suggest when he thought I should submit my job application and encouraged me to work at both the cafe and the bookstore for experience. I can confidently say that this is my favourite place to go to in the whole of Yuma!

Absolutely loved this Barnes & Noble!! The store manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. We left wanting to come back again! For Yuma being a small city this book store has a great selection of books and toys!They also have a Cafe that sells food, pastries and Starbucks coffee. They have clean restrooms that are large and actually smelled fresh! If youre in town and want a quiet cafe/bookstore this is the place to check out! We will definitely be back!

Numerous times, theyve gone above and beyond to get any promotions to me in regards to book sales. Sure theyre the only bookstore in town now that Hastings is no more but make no mistake, they are great at what they do!

While they diddnt have the specific Japanese writing books I wanted they were able to order them for me for less than they were on Amazon. The service here is always wonderful, and the staff remember faces quite well. Its a small store and it feels very homey inside. I highly recommend it.☆

This is a great bookstore. I love Barnes & Noble. I have a membership here, and I enjoy browsing and purchasing books and other items from the store. I am disappointed that the store changed it hours. It closes so early now. I get done with work and have hardly any time to shop there. I either have to skip dinner to get to the store, or rush through everything in order to make it there before they close and then while I am in the store I hear the reminders that they will be closing soon. What happened to the 10pm closing times?

I usually order books online and went here because i needed it asap for a gift. I was told the book i wanted was out of stock but i can leave my number and they will call me in a week. Never got a call so i just placed an order online. To me thats bad customer service and i will continue to order online for any books i need for now on.

Most of the books I was looking for were here and the staff was very helpful in finding what I needed. Their clearance section was especially fun to look through especially since I ended up finding books I wasnt even looking for. The restrooms were very clean and the smell of Starbucks is pretty unmistakable as soon as you walk in.

Barnes and Nobles have the best books you could get, its a good place to study and read.The amount of books in there will be well for a bunch of studies and or research. I go there for a genre called Manga and I love them you should try reading manga. And they have really good sci-fi books to read in there. They have a little kid place, for all the little kid books, and little kid stuff so they could be occupied. There workers are all so nice and helpful. They know where to look and how to recommend the right book. I would love for you to go there and be able to feel what I could feel because this place has everything you need. If Im a happy customer you will be too.

You pay top dollars for a book and cant even get a free bookmark, you dont spend nothing at a public library and you get book markers for free

A little pricey but if you know what you like in a book then this is a good place with a good variety. Very neat and the help there are really friendly. They got other things like pussles and, in my opinion, cool informative books on reflexology and a tool which I just purchased. Neat.

This is such a beautiful store. It smells like coffe and new books which is my absolute favorite combination! The childrens section is an adorable little sanctuary with a small stage for story time and little nooks for kids to get lost in a good book. The staff are friendly and helpful. Places like this really make me root for the brick and mortar stores that are slowly dying off. If youre able, come here first before buying online. Its an enjoyable experience worth your time and effort.
