I took my 2007 GMC Yukon to FTS Automotive to have my new tires mounted on my new rims. The Customer Service was excellent and the staff that works there is very friendly. I had an issue with my wheels being a bit too big. When i would make a turn the tire would rub on the fenders. Martin and Julio went above and beyond by making a few adjustments…and got me back on the road. I’m very thankful to the staff there for treating me right and making me feel like Family. I would definitely recommend this Auto motive Shop to anyone hands down. Thanks again to the staff at FTS Automotive. I will definitely do business there again.

We were on vacation, heading west to San Diego from East Texas pulling an RV, when the Air Conditioner on our truck stopped cooling. At the RV Park where we had reservations, we asked who might be able to repair our A/C. There were several men who, in unison, said “FTS”, so we headed over to see if there was any possibility of them helping us. We went to the RIGHT place. Dan, the owner, immediately asked us to come inside and bring our little fur baby to cool off. He offered us water and a spot to hook up our RV for the night. The technician began diagnostics within a few minutes and had the issue identified within 30 minutes. We needed a new compressor (they showed us the parts of ours) and promised to having it replaced the next day so we could be on our way. There’s more…Dan loaned us a truck to pull our RV to the park. And the price was very reasonable for the excellent job they did. We appreciate the wonderful service and attitudes and help at FTS and would recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU FTS!

Take your vehicle here! My family was driving through and broke down in Yuma on the way to Dallas. We are not familiar with Yuma. You can imagine the stress when I called many auto shops in the area and none were willing to help out in our emergency situation. One auto shop actually said it may take a week! When I called FTS they made me feel at ease and offered to get my family back on the road again as soon as possible and thats exactly what they did in less than 3 hours!!. They truly care about their customers and did a great job at a reasonable price! Their shop is clean and professional. Im so fortunate to have found them. Thank you FTS!!

I got an alignment and a full set of tires replaced with FTS, and I don’t have enough good things to say about them. At no fault of their own, two of the tires they had ordered for me got lost during shipment, and my services got pushed back a few days. I was working on a tight deadline, which I communicated to them, and FTS (Nick especially) went above and beyond, including calling other local tire shops, to get me back on the road quickly and safely. My car (which has 186,000+ miles on it) feels like a totally new vehicle, and I feel confident driving it Arizona>Florida this weekend. Thanks to Nick and FTS - I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Yuma.

I had a serpentine belt let loose on the way to the River from San Diego. After melting in the Sun for a few hours the tow truck came to tow us including a boat to FTS. When we rolled in Dan met us and could see what we had been through. He offered us water and even lunch as we cooled down inside his very classy Auto Business. Still worried about my truck and trying to get back on track to meet the Family at the River in came John their Diesel Mechanic and he said they would do everything they could to get us back on the road and they did. After arriving at the river Dan gave me a call just to make sure we arrived without issue and he told me they were there for us 24/7. I kid you not a few hours later I had a separate ignition issue which they (John and Dan) spent a lot of time over the phone to help me get it dialed so we could enjoy our weekend and make it home safely the following Monday. First thing Monday Dan also checked in on me to make sure we made in home. FTS is an amazing place with the Best Customer Service ever!!!

1st encounter: They looked at my truck for a realignment and didnt replace the ball joints properly, left them barely in place.2nd encounter: Took a SUV in to be looked over and have every issue fixed. They said it was good. SUV broke down a week later. Took it to a different mechanic and they found a LIST of things that needed to be fixed. I have no idea what FTS thought they fixed on it but apparently they missed a ton.

Brought my truck in thinking I needed a violent flush. Was worried about some temps. They looked it over and talked with me about the temperature I was seeing. The told me they were fine for the diesel truck and told me what temperatures to be worried about. Said everything was fine. Would do the flush but truck really did not need it.With me being from Tennessee they could have ripped me off. But instead they educated me and charged me nothing. We took our company service truck, an F250 Diesel into FTS for a full front end rebuild. First let me say the shop is immaculate! The waiting room is super clean and welcoming and even has a Keurig Coffee maker for fresh coffee witch I took advantage of. I had all the steering components replaced, tie rods, drag links and ball joints. they even aligned it and washed it before returning the truck to me . Nick the service writer is knowledgeable and professional . I’d recommend FTS to others if you want a great experience for auto service and mechanical work.

Outstanding customer service. Arrived early and was met by the manager prior to opening- quickly assessed the problem and the techs had me back on the road in no time. FTS maintains the reputation Yuma has as the “golden buckle of the sun belt.” Highly recommended.

Great service !! Got my vehicle taken care of and they were speedy about it.

They are pricey but worth it. I took my 200k mile car. They replaced the battery, alternator and serpentine belt. The new battery malfunctioned. They checked it out for me and replaced the faulty battery free of charge and my car is running great!

If there was a star beyond five I would give it to FTS Automotive. I went in for new RV tires and the exact same brand cost me $300 less than what I paid three years ago! Plus they noticed the brackets that help up my auxiliary fuel tank were on the verge of letting go so they re-welded them for me. You won’t find better service, prices or a better run shop in Yuma that FTS Automotive. 10+ in my book. Hats off to Dan and the entire crew at FTS. Oh, and they have windshield replacement right there on site! I had that done as well since needed a new one. FTS will be the only shop I go to when in Yuma area!

Having lived in Yuma for 28 years now I have dealt with a few different mechanics! Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good barber, you must have a level of trust! I have finally found the BEST MECHANICAL TEAM IN YUMA!!! I had an extensive amount of work done on my Ford F 250 6.0 Diesel and ended up with nothing but problems with my truck! Dan and his team did everything they possibly could to minimize my cost of repairs to the faulty heads on the truck! They were extremely fair with me as a lot of the problems were not worth correcting and I figured out I would be better off putting money towards a new truck! Dan and his team have gained my trust and they will be the only place I will trust for any of my future mechanical needs! I can not thank them enough for their exceptional quality and service! ! I would recommend their services to everyone! They are the BEST!!!

Wow was taken by surprise they are so friendly here and take care of there customers to make sure they are very well informed and since we were traveling through made sure we had a place to park our motorhome while we got service. I would rate there service a 10 plus

They did a free air conditioning check and didn’t even check my ac and told me that they were gonna charge me 370$ when my ac wasn’t even checked, they supposedly did a vacuum test and I checked my self and they never checked it

Last year I purchased 2 new summer tires and had all my winter tires taken off after my arrival in Yuma. I was treated very well by the business. I, therefore, called again this year to have my winter tires taken off. I was told that they do not take appointments for tire work. When I arrived, I was advised that there would be about an hour wait. Good thing I brought a book. Unfortunately, it was almost 3.5 hours for the service. However, when I was called up and told that my vehicle was done, I was thanked for my patience. It was explained to me that the vehicle before mine had a number of issues. I was also told, This is NOT the way we do business. Your service today is complimentary. Sometimes these things happen. I will be back again next year.

How to succeed in business with one easy lesson. Take your vehicle to these guys, then watch and listen. In my 76 years I have never encountered a more successfully run business. From keeping their appointments on time to the home grown honey for sale at the front counter (for charity), to clearly helping me understand my newly acquired used mini van, to the fridge full of free soft drinks. Their sign on the wall says it all; You had a choice, you chose us. Were grateful for your business. Seriously, Im a critic and this shop is a 10.

We pulled in here with our 5th wheel, needing a diagnosis of some worrisome tread wear. Jake did his best to fit us in, not same day, but quickly. The diagnosis was done on Thursday afternoon, parts were overnighted and we were set to go Friday afternoon. Dan, the owner, even offered to let us stay in the rig, at the shop with electric!This is a beautifully run shop with helpful, problem solving staff.FTS has my highest recommendation. It makes me wish I lived closer!

We have a Class C motorhome. Unlike many oil change companies we have been to this one charged an honest price. $41.18 is a reasonable price to pay.

When we broke down we didnt know where to turn for help. The man who towed us, shared our story with the owner of FTS who in turn called us right away and got us in. They worked overtime to get our car fixed and the prices were very reasonable. They made sure to check for anything else so that we wouldnt have to worry about breaking down again.This was seriously the best customer service Ive ever experienced with an automotive shop.

Not happy at all with the service or communication of this establishment. My car has been sitting in their parking lot for over a month now, I have given them @ $500 already for what I originally intended to be a tune up. I had to order, and still have to order, my own parts for the repairs as they do not have an expeditious way of procuring parts other than from just one local vendor who only brings in truck loads. I went on line and found the part they needed and had it here within 3 days. I had no issue with having to pay shipping to get my part in sooner, but no one seemed to listen and I had to take the bull by the horns and do it myself. So frustrated......

The outcome of the price for an alignment was BEYOND ridiculous. An alignment that cost about $80, wont be done because of worn ball joints and that cost came out to be about $1400 in parts and another $1400 for a total of about $3000.went to another shop and the SAME job for ball joints cost only $450 (including parts and labor)so WHY the mark up of all the parts only cost about $270, and labor of only 3 hours.FTS quoted me the job can be complete in just a few hours, yet are trying to charge me $90 labor per hour/ per part (which would be a 11-12 hour mark up)..???if this place is in needs to pay for that new building by screwing people on price for parts and labor, then good luck on the suckers out there that are willing to believe these prices are FAIR..as the guys in the office/ reception are are kind and friendly.NOT GOING THERE EVER AND MAKING SURE I TELL EVERYONE HOW BADLY THE PRICES ARE OVER-EXAGGERATED.charge fair pricing and then maybe youll get return service. but for now, those prices are Horrendous.I SAVED $2500. just by going somewhere else..!!there is NO Fraudulent review. you cant find it because you dont know how to look or just do not want to admit to the negative pricing. like i stated, the guys up front are good, kind and personable. but to have this kind of pricing is Ludicrous.you can claim fraudulent all you like, but in the end, i was there, and LUCKILY did NOT stay to get robbed.ANYONE that goes in there for a pricing on an alignment and gets a quote for ball joints is going to see the hike in price for such little work..as OBVIOUSLY already stated by others in this review.. so a false claim to YOU by trying to claim my statement was fraudulent. The kids were doing homework while we waited for an alignment. Then the GM came out with hand made wooden cars for them to play with. Apparently some local guy makes them and donates them to the kids. 😎

WORST MECHANICAL NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE!!! I took my truck in for an alignment on a Thursday, they called the next day and said the brake line needed to be replace. Later that day they said the rear differential needed to be inspected and then it needed a rebuild kit. $2,400 quoted and would take a few days. Monday comes around and they want $1,200 upfront to order parts. I told them forget the rear just give me my truck back. Didnt hear from them all day Monday after that. Tuesday we go in and the truck was in the parking lot but theres was still another inspection they needed to do on the breaks AND THE ALIGNMENT WAS NEVER DONE!!! THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN FOR THE REAR REBUILD!!! They charged me $1,300 for replacing the brake lines, front alignment and inspecting the rear differential. NEVER GO HERE!

A no hassle place for automobile repairs.

My wife and I were in an RV park in Yuma for a week while getting some dental work done in Algodones. The park would not allow me to work on my F-250 Ford in the park. I went to FTS and asked for a quote for a brake job and rotor turning and was quoted over $700. I needed to get back on the road and ended up paying their bill for $539 for replacement of the front brake rotors and new pads. The work was done and several weeks later, I had the time to research the OReilly website and compare the retail cost of the parts( by part numbers) in Yuma stores and the prices I was charged at FTS Automotive. I expected to pay the normal shop markup prices of retail vs wholesale shop costs. Instead I found that the rotors were retail at OReillys for $82.99. FTS marked them up by 60% and charged me $140.66 each. Brake pads retailed at $38.99 per set. FTS charged me 60% more at $66.08. Front seals retailed at $4.69 each. FTS marked them up over 200%.....charged me $24.90 plus tax for two. These guys took advantage of me and most likely all of the rest of their customers who dont research the cost of the parts. I GOT SCREWED BY FTS.

Worst service center I have ever been to in my life!!! company goes around selling coupon books but cant perform any of the work on the coupons. when i show up like my alignment cant be preformed due to my ball joints are bad lol..., well i had another shop do the alignment issue solved with bad ball joints !! This shop is full of crap!!!.. and the first oil job they did on my truck !! by the time I drove to Arizona ave and 24th street my truck had no oil in it i didnt even make home stuck on the side of road almost destroying my engine !!! very unhappy dont buy there coupon book its a wast of money!!!!
