I’ve been in here multiple times to use printing services and bought things here & there. I went in today to buy ink for the first time & had no idea how to find what I needed. I asked an associate for help, and not only did I receive her help, but two other associates help! It was fantastic customer service, much appreciated.

Not bad for PC gaming purchases. Found what I was after, though the items I was shopping (office gaming chairs) was lacking a sales rep. I dont have a problem carrying my own 50 lb items...but Im sure there are some that do.Bought an Emerge gaming chair, and I freaking love it already. Also snagged a set of logi speakers as they were better priced than Amazon. Works great. Great items, but a little help...usually a plus for any business.

After driving to this location they had a sign saying masks required, no exceptions.So I walked and will never spend a dime here again.

Whats the point in getting vaccinated when the mask Nazis at Staples want you to wear a useless chin hammock regardless of your vaccination status... In a state where the Governor stated months ago there is no mask mandate. Seriously.... Whatever happned to follow the science... Zero stars if I could.

My purpose at this location in Yuma was to print documents. The person working this area was wonderful. Unfortunately, the technology, network and equipment are in dire need of maintenance and replacement.I was told that the staples national network continues to be overloaded and they would not even able to take print orders. There was a three day turn around of they had to.For self service, four out of five printers were out of order. Supposedly, the printer connected to a desk top computer was working, but the network was not.If you have patience to wait in long lines and then wait five plus minutes for the emailed code and three and a half minutes for the software to calculate price before each page prints, then this is your place. Otherwise, I would suggest Fed Ex Office.

I went in for a number of things for my new home office. The associate and Priscilla helped me get everything I needed quickly, they had answers to all of my questions and made it a great experience!!

The print staff is terrible and uncooperative. They say no to every request and behave with a very defensively over every question. I will never use this place again.

I would like to add that the customer service here is immaculate!! I those how y’all treat me with respect and care especially vex and Jesus. I went to the back where vex was to see if I can print some stuff for my son, what do you call it anime? They kindly directed me to the right department and asked if there’s anything I needed before they let me go. They advised Jesus about my situation so I didn’t have to repeat myself but they took it to the next level, they took it upon themselves to direct me and tell Jesus the situation and left me feeling satisfied and with no worry in the world, Jesus helped me instantly and with a “ I can help you attitude” these employees are what we need in the world... Amen to these kids. I would give them a tip but they kindly refused and I understood. Please give these kids a raise !!

I went in to have some printed off my phone as I bought a home from owner and needed to take to notary. What great service she walked me through step by step. It was a Friday morning. It was quick and easy. So thank you for being there.

Staples has signs on their ink cartridges that they price matched 110%. But this is not true.!!!!! They only price match a few select stores of their choice.the cashier was not very friendly and no customer service. Her attitude was poor. She took great satisfaction in telling me she would not price match

The worst experience we had at this store was in the copy machines department, Today we went at 5 pm and this employed named Angelica wasnt patient with my grandma who speaks only Spanish and nobody there helped so I went to translate and I asked her for some help and give instructions for the copy machines and in very bad attitude she said yes and emphasize that those were self-service (Something we knew and we were asking and able to wait for the favor) finally we went to the machines and waited for her and tried to get the copies that we wanted and kept waiting forever for her help until finally she came for help us just saying really quick and not clear instructions and leaving us without making sure we understood, we had so much trouble and wasted so much time at the store just for some copies plus every copy there is not cheap at all, my grandma got very frustated and dont want to go to this store anymore, for my part I warn that this woman was not friendly and I do not recommend this store at all.

As soon as I came into the doors I was greeted like 3 times...went to the printing area. I needed to print an invitation for a special event. I was in a time crunch, my invitations were done on time and looked beautiful. I received a VIP treatment, i will definitely go back. Henrietta was really nice and knowledgeable... thank you so much!

Went in to fax some documents. She told me I had to make copies since it was two sided. I asked if she could just flip the pages over and send them that way. She looked dumbfounded as if that wasn’t possible. She repeated that I must make copies in order for it to work.

Going from 1 Star to 5My previous negative review was probably due to dealing with poorly trained holiday staff. After returning to the store, I have nothing but praise for the full-time staff! Theyve been over backwards to assist me and made it a very positive experience!

Waited in line while two people at the service desk saw I was in line to be helped, I was the only person there, they were not helping anyone else and they completely ignored me and did not acknowledge me. I would have felt better if they had the decency of telling me hold on, Ill be right with you or something but no, nothing so I left the store and went somewhere else after a few minutes of not being helped or spoken to. Worst customer service EVER.

We purchased a chair which unfortunately was damaged in the box. We returned it with no problem, the store manager opening other lines for people as we completed the return process. Very friendly service, with another employee helping us find another chair.

Theres a girl that works here now that has worked at harbor freight for a few years and has always been rude and nothings changed at staples. These people come from other places and treat the locals rudely and I frankly am getting tired of it! Go back to California or wherever you rude people come from. I try my best not to shop at either Staples or Harbor freight because of this issue and only do when I have to out of convenience.

This store is great! Its hard to get a good review from the internet mob, but I was looking up their hours and saw all the hate... Im here once a week buying things for my business or kids or wife that is a teacher. They are helpful and knowledgeable, the sales items are cheaper than the dollar store and their inventory is always good, reliable, quality, items.

Great help yesterday and today in getting a file color printed. Timely service, very nice employees to deal with.

My wife and I are on the road a lot so we need printing. Color copies are extremely expensive. The copy center gave us 20 copies for free! Im sure they cant do that regularly but we were very impressed. They had a lot of business and I can see why.

I went there to get wet erase markers and could only find a variety pack but there was a spot for a smaller pack. Alyssa and Melissa went out of their way to locate the packs that had just come in off the truck. I was impressed!

Lousy, employees not really wanting to help, and they were not nice. I did not like being there at all. And the person who ended up helping me was not even a Staples employee.

Excellent customer service both in the store and in the printing corner. Been using them for years for all my printing, copying, faxing needs....never been disappointed

Great customer service! They dont carry all the office supplies you need, but a majority of them. They are overpriced on some products that you can buy directly from the brands website, but its convenient.

Needed some pictures copied last minute and staples was closing but they let me in at the last minute and spent 15 minutes after closing to get my photo copies done.

I would put no stars if there was an option. This is by far the worst customer service. There are 3 female workers in the printing dept and all of them are extremely rude and argued back with us about our order that they could not get right. One of them even threw in our face that the general manager told her to charge us again, if that was the case then he/she should have called us. My husband spoke to a manager named Issac 24 hrs prior to this but apparently your not qualified enough to have any say so according to your 2 famale empoyees there. What kind of customer service is this? We should have listen to other people about the service and quality but we give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Please dont waste your time and money its not worth the 1hr equals 2 weeks motto or for your order to be under the trash and after asking the employees why it was there she laughed and no explanation was given.

I wanted shipping labels. The only sizes were 12 or 750. They do not have a reference chart for printer ink size compatibility. Not a good place to shop .

Yeah no. As overpriced as it gets. Always price match if you HAVE to buy it here. Most of their merch is more than DOUBLE the original price anywhere else. Ive never seen a 50% markup in any other chain. Talk about shady.

Stood around the photo department for 30 minutes no one helped me and 2 of the 3 machines were down. Not going back.

Not very helpful, acted like the 4 of us were too much of a bother. Wont go back, advise you to find another place to shop if you can. The service desk personnel are not into customer service.

Just lived in phone hell. Very long advertisement when you call in and I had to call in many times, hard to get a human, when you do get a human they have phone tech problems, finally got someone who thought I was someone else then wanted to put me on hold again. Will not try again.

Before calling, I read the reviews before mine. Trying not to believe what I was reading, I made my call to the store to check status on an order I placed over a month ago. 20 minutes later I still have no answers. This is ridiculous.

THIRD CALL... ON HOLD FOR TWENTY MINSI get that it gets busy, but when they keep disconnecting after ten minutes on hold it makes me think that the store is ran by spastic monkeys missing chromosomes
