Its very well taken care of, no trash all over, restrooms are clean, and a wide verify of options. The only reason I didnt give it five stars that is because the customer service representative was very short-tempered and rude to several people as we were waiting in line.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is a well stocked, clean and organized store. It was quick and easy to find the products that I needed. However, I will not give them a perfect score due to the lack of manners that some of their employees have.Most recently on August 21, at 10pm, as I was at the checkout counter, the employee encharged of that area asked me if I was 21 years old, for the context of buying alcoholic beverages. I responded my age in a neutral tone. I was not angry or offended, but this employee responded back to me rudely.Employees should treat customers with respect even when they mistakingly assume one is the problem.

It was good no wait times at the drive thru and Alisha had great customer service skills and professional

I always find what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes at Walmart I feel like Im in the way of the staff, but never at this one. Great place to shop.

Needed to refill a prescription. My out of state Walmart transferred a years worth of meds. I was panicked, but this small pharmacy just laughed and notified me scripts needed were ready. Quick in and out, efficient. AND Covid vaccines being given. Great place to get vaccine.

I have stopped going here. All self checkout and all the alcohol is locked up. It is very annoying standing around waiting for someone to figure who is coming with keys.The last thing I want to do when I fill my cart for my large family is self checkout.I find this store only good for a couple needs for quick in and out.

Its Wal-Mart. I forgot this is the Wal-Mart that forces the consumer to become an employee. Every time I go I feel like I am on the verge of going to jail. I keep having to double check and triple check to ensure that I have scanned every item. That the produce that I have punched in is correct. I should get a discount for the anxiety that this place creates.

My first visit to a non-supercenter. Ill stick to what serves my overall needs best. A supermarket doesnt do that.

Deeply disappointed. Recently this location has gone to ALL SELF CHECKOUT LANES! It also recently (months) has rearranged the layout of the aisles and its products. I am a disabled customer who rarely goes into the store to shop. I order online for pick-up usually. But when I do have to go in I choose this store because you are almost always guaranteed an electric cart tobeavailable. Taking away the few customer service checkout lanes not only took away the Cashiers, but the management has also let any customer service qualities and standards to go out with them. At 9pm on a Friday night there was little business to speak of. And keeping in mind that I am disabled and require an electric cart to shop, when I approached the checkouts there were plenty of customer service reps standing around and NOT ONE OF THEM offered to help me with my groceries. I still deeply love the face to face customer care. Pandemic or not. The safety precautions had been taken well cared for before they chose to make these changes. Disappointed and a bit bent out of shape.

Love it. Covid precautions in place. This market enlarged the self-checkout stations and keeps them clean. Staff busy but friendly and helpful.

Its a great store to go buy quick grocerys or some home items.

Clean, Friendly and Fully Stock. First taken visiting will update later with Pictures. Small Bakery, not a lot of Cakes too Choice from, but other than that they have a wide selection of items. They also carry items a regular Walmart doesn’t have and more bulk items as well. Overall I enjoyed it

Neighborhood Walmart market is a place that I shop weekly its close and they normally got most of the things that I like easy and easy out.

I was very disappointed to see that the store has gone completely self service at the checkouts. I saw many people confused on how to use the new system. Not sure why a store that touts itself as a Neighborhood market would take away customer service like live tellers. I personally will no longer shop at any Walmart. I will gladly pay the higher price elsewhere. My 79 yr old mother really liked the store but she too wont shop there anymore. I surely hope no one lost their jobs because of this sad transition not that Walmart cares. I dont trust a company that does not see the value of face to face customer service. So sad to see the down turn in the importance of person to person interaction. The one star rating was only because it would note allow a zero star rating.

This market is a great 1 stop shop for all your day to day items. Quick in an out without hassle of the large Wally worlds. KUDOS to Donald, amazing work ethic an runs circles around the youth at the self check out kiosks.Great personality, always moving an just above an beyond most of the other personnel Ive seen working the self check out area. Ol man setting the bar high.. Donalds bad A$$! Place is always clean an stocked well. Great job to the rest of the employees.

It was okay for a neighborhood market but dont expect much and you wont be disappointed. Hard to find, poor signage. My expectations were too high I guess...seems to work for the neighborhood...Im traveler so I had to go to the big Wal-Mart across town for stuff I needed. Friendly courteous staff though and good location...good store if all you need are the basics.

Its gone completely downhill since they did the remodeling and adding Self check out. At that point You might as well fire all the associates for the Walmart neighborhood market. Only have people stocking the shelves. Its the 2nd worst of all the Walmarts in yuma *Most horrible Walmart Award goes to Ave B* they dont keep Out of Stock items updated on the app for curbside pick up.... disappointed in the way the whole store runs.

11/13/17Its amazing how the Walmart employees just casually let wildlife walk into the store and do whatever they wish. And to make things worse, the produce section is right at the main entrance were all wild life (see photo) can just walk in and do whatever they wish to the to the food!I was disgusted! To make things worse, it took the Walmart employees a good 20 minutes to realize that there was a stray cat inside jumping on the produce and licking everything left and right! Im not sure if theres any real way to avoid wildlife from walking in but Im pretty sure the employees can do a better job in realizing that cat is inside the store!

Went to total own checkout - am handicapped, cant do!! Dippy Walmart, ever hear of the Americans with Disabilities Act?! Youre also in an area with many elderly folks, its difficult for many of them to do. How many product prices you lower as you decreased amnt of checkers u hv to pay wages to....

Very busy store, they have all self check-outs, lines move pretty fast. If you pay attention when loading your cart you can use handheld scanner and be thru check- out quickly.

Walmart Neighborhood Market has gone ALL self checkout...you are funneled into one line that leads to self check, which may be saving the corporation $ but detracts from the convenience of small market shopping. I have difficulty walking and standing owing to a bad ankle, and back. I walked thru the store, and check out, and it was difficult and, unpleasant to say the least

It depends on the state you go to how Walmart workers will either be kind or rude .

Ive always preferred going here vs the super Walmarts...but lately it has been SO slow. I understand if people are new but every single lane was moving crazy slow. The lady couldnt do math at all and gave me the wrong change. Thankfully I caught it before leaving. The last few times Ive been here havent been the greatest experiences...

My favorite Walmart to shop at, every cashier is pleasant and truly seem happier at this location than the big super stores. I had a mishap today with my pickup order for the first time out of the maybe 10 or 11 times ive used the curbside option. They were super apologetic and even gave us some ice cream for the mistake. I didnt mind, just called and went back for my things, chit happens, thanks for groceries and the ice cream!!

It has just about everything you need for a family dinner, an impromptu gathering, or last minute finishing touches.

Really like this place they got good prices and the staff is very friendly and they practice social distancing very well and keep their costumers safe.

Every time I go to this neighborhood store on 8th and B theyre wonderful people they help me there just I love it that I just wish the hours were changed back the way they were because I ride a 3-wheel bike I have to use the cart when Im in there just so I can get home on the bike love it love it love it

We ordered a T.V online from Palo Verde Ca. Drive to yuma to pick it up, of which I never knew this walmart existed, anyways pulled in where it said pick up. A young man came to our vehicle. We told him what we were here to get and get checked and say yep be right back. 2 mins later a young woman came said we only do groceries. Cant help you. So not knowing where to go I had to find employee inside. 30 mins later got the T.V.

I didnt see a single sale going on Im very disappointed

They say they have stuff in stock online but when you go to get it, they dont have any even if you order it ahead of time and pay for it. Theyre lazy I even asked someone who was working which he told me hed find out and to wait for him so I did for 5 mins before seeing him somewhere else completely ignoring me. If you cant help me please dont say hang on so I can find out and Ill come by to you, instead say Im sorry but Im busy right now instead leaving me hanging. Thats just WRONG. If I tell someone that Im going to go find out about something theyve asked about Im differently going to keep them updated on it. I wont shop here again except for when my client wants to.

I like coming here but the lady at customer service, Anna I believe, is very rude and had an attitude. She looked frustrated and I get that work can be tiresome but you cant let your emotions interfere with work. It was my first time cashing in a check here and I had some simple questions but I could tell she was bothered .

This is a neighborhood grocery, without all the extra departments of a standard Wally World. I like to use this store, as I shop almost every day. The store is kept clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. It feels more inviting and less stressful than the big Walmarts. They have online order store pickup, and allso the new grocery pickup service. There is a pharmacy with drive through window. Access is possible from both streets, and parking is abundant. They lost a star because hand baskets are almost never available by the entrance.

Small but staff is always ready to help and very nice.

Love shopping here, can get in and out with groceries. Nice to have options on where to shop for groceries. Less crowded than traditional Wal-Mart. Staff are always so friendly and willing to help you find items you are looking for.

Ive always liked shopping here as all of their associates are so friendly and helpful. And the prices are usually less than other markets. Hats off to an associate today who had turned my purse into customer service after i had set it down in pet department and walked away without it. Dont know if I can mention names but she knows who I mean and I gave her a big hug for being so honest and helpful. All around its a great store to shop in, especially due to the friendliness of all who work there.
