The day I came to Dairy Queen on 32nd The service was fast the ice cream always is good Dairy Queen always has big lines but thats because everyone loves their ice cream.

Generally good service, whether walk in or drive thru. Never had any problems the numerous times I had visited.

I just left the Dairy Queen I waited in Line for 40 minutes When I finally got up to the window they said cash only. They said there was a sign on the window maybe there was Im not in their store Im in my car in the drive-through Thats $38 they could have had I will not be visiting this Dairy Queen again Or any other Dairy Queen in the Yuma area Just takes one to ruin it for the rest sorry Dairy Queen 1 star for you

Sunday 3/21. Car being serviced next door, so thought I would walk over for lunch. No other people/cars in the lot. Walkin counter closed. Walked up to drive-up and was refused service because Im walking. Impossible to order. Walked off. Circle-K across street has great hotdogs sand soda. Hope the DQ owners never wine about profits....s in lot. Walked

My fav...cherry dip cone. Enjoyed it in the lot next door. Easy in and out. Fast courteous service.

Special order never completed after speaking with two people confirming the order for a birthday party! Inexcusable and pure laziness! Don’t come here terrible customer service!

Went last week the worker told me that their machine was down so my card payment didn’t go through. I said it was okay and left without my ice cream. Come the next day my card was charged 5 dollars for an ice cream I never received.

My favorite thing to get from the menus is any of their royal selections or ice cream of the month. Always have/ had a good experience with dairy queen. Have no complaints so far.Due to circumstances, the waiting period and line may be greater than 10 mins but its worth the wait for some good soft serve icecream.

Cant go wrong with a chocolate Ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. It was very good. This is a very small place with only 2 booths for seating so you may want to consider getting it to go.

How can you not like DQ? I like Ice cream. This is a smaller store. A very small store actually. Both DQ stores are small in Yuma. The food is good, the service is good, and I love that when I get a pup cup for the dogs, it comes with a dog biscuit. They also have outside seating, but being a busier street it is a touch noisy.

Great ice cream, fast and friendly service. She had our whole order done within a couple minutes. The banana split was so good!

They made the wrong order and forgot my other item.Kid was having a tuff night.Asked for a rain check on my item and was asked to come get it the next day.

It is my fault. I waited close to an hour in line for some ice cream. Penguins on 8th and A serve more people in less amount of time. Come on Dairy Queen get your stuff together.

Sometimes they are backed up with cars through the drive through but the employees are kind and quick. They provide lids when asked. And i love the dog bisquits on the doggy sundaes. My dogs and i enjoy going about once a week.

Watching paint dry would have been a better experience. Apparently customer service or common curticy is not applicable at this Dairy Queen. The lackluster and non existent sence of urgency was readily apparent at this franchise. Not a good day for Dairy Queen. This breaks my heart a little bit, because Dairy Queen is a American icon where I come from a real and day.

All the dairy queens in Yuma Arden decent except for the 1 on 4th Avenue they wont even turn the blizzards upside down

My experience with this establishment has been nothing but amazing! Theyre cakes are beautiful decorated and theyre employees are always friendly and willing to work with even the most extreme requests. 10/10 will return!

Always friendly, quick and tasty. My hope for the future of Yuma DQ’s is that they renovate each location and start DQ Chill & Grill operations. Ave B looks the worst, 32nd street needs some landscape.

Dairy Queen..... Always been there before I can remember. As a kid I dont remember the regular food... I came for the ice cream. Blizzards, etc... My grandfather owned the Uptown Frosty Cone. It was in the U P. Detour, MI. And he had THE BEST! ( Secret recipe) chilli dogs ever!!!!!! Only one place I can remember even near as good, was a place in Rockford, MI. The Corner Bar....... Buuuut.... They didnt beat out Gramps.

Gave it only 3 stars because after waiting over an hour in line the staff was rude. Not just on one occasion, but 3 separate times.

Always yummy food but the way they have the drive through set up is a nightmare! Be prepared to wait and just hope that the line isnt blocking the intersection when you get there

Friendly staff. The store was clean and pleasant.

It was horrible. They sat in drive thru flirting with the car ahead of me after they had already received their order. When I got to the window she barely even said anything they just sat in their talking with each other. She didnt even look when she was handing me my blizzard and almost dropped both of them didnt even say anything. Its just a bunch of high schoolers. I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes next time to go to the other DQ. Also, only the first half of my blizzard had any Oreo, the rest was just vanilla ice cream.

Weve been going here since may of this year. Hoping the staff would get better and for some time it did. Last night we went and waited an HOUR in line for ice cream nearly got hit by 2 cars cause the parking lot is so dang small. We got up to the window the lady took our order...in all fairness we had alot. There was another lady working but just walking around pretending to do things not helping at all. Everytime a car pulls up sue would scream oh my God! We will not be going back. Service was okay wait was ridiculous product was melted before I even got home
