It is located in Yuma shopping plaza. They sell ice cream with a different presentation than usual, in the form of a roll with fruit on top. They make a great variety of flavors. The price is 7 bucks plus 15% tip. They can be paid in cash or with a credit or debit card. The attention is friendly. They have sanitary measures for covid 19.

Stopped by on a road trip and what a nice little surprise this place was. The ice cream is made right in front of you in a very unique way. It was fun to watch and really tasty to eat. The ice cream rolls have many different flavors that you dont often see at other places, like Nutella. I highly recommend

Nice decoration, but i don’t really the taste, it is too sweet for me. Likewise, if you don’t eat them fast, it is easy to be melt.

Its rolled up ice cream. Flavor is ok, nice and creamy. The presentation and creation are neat to watch but not sure it is worth the 45 minute wait. Ingredients seem to be fresh, staff is friendly, more or less, but the final product has very little in common with the display. Not a lot of interaction, they were busy pushing the cream. Traffic flow could be better designed, there is some confusion as to where the line ended and the tables made it very crowded.Edit - now that it is 6 months later and the opening craze has settled down we went back. It is still good rolled ice cream. Wait time from order to table is about 8 minutes as it needs to freeze on the stones. Overall good selection and fair flavor.

The ice cream rolls are amazing all flavors that they make have their unique taste. Just think that the people that work there could probably actually talk to the customers that come in a little more, place feels really cut and dry.

This place is a delight! Great experience from watching our ice cream rolled to great atmosphere with seating inside and outside. Ice cream was delicious! I definitely recommend this place.

The customer service was very disappointing. I am not sure if the lady who was there was the owner but needless to say I would not recommend this place based on the way she treated us. It’s as if we were inconveniencing her by coming in. Seriously disappointing. We strive to support local but we will not be returning to this place.

Fun to watch them make these rolled ice cream treats. Diverse selection! Loved the Mazapan inspired dessert bowl! Ran about $7. The store is clean and offers fast wifi. A fun date or homework spot. Would be awesome if they sold water or coffee!

Saturday 5 PM. Only one staff rolling the icecream. She seems to really try, but waiting for 30 mins for an ice cream? Anyway, there was an older lady walking around. But she didnt seem to care enough just to say hello and they would be with me shortly. Nope. Now, its not fun to stand on the line for 15 mins. If they mean this to be a slow relaxed situation, then there should be an alternative method for ordering atleast. Now, I am waiting for the icecream as I type. If the ice cream is heaven worthy to change the stars, I would. Or else 3 stars is generous. No hair nets/caps for employees. As I finish this another employee walked in. But the older lady not acknowledging or taking the order just wound me up.

The first time we went it was so nice when they first opened the store.This time the staff ( a young lady and an old lady) was not friendly and they were very stingy with the toppings. Barely got anything. Wasnt the best at all😥

So my wife told me about Paradice ice cream like a month ago. She said it was so good and we have to go. I went there to wait for some glasses i ordered. Never heard of rolled ice cream so i decided to give it a shot. I was greeted right away and took some time to look at menu. They have nice selection of ice cream but the mazapan ice cream is what caught my eye. Also the process of rolling the ice cream is kool to watch. Ice cream tasted great and look foward to trying the other flavors. Will tell everyone about this place.

ATTN🚫Do not go here,, I REPEAT!!DO NOT go here. Waited 30-45mi.for 6oz cup ice cream. Server brought ice cream out separately there wife finished ice cream by the time I got mine. Horrible experience go to DQ instead.

So how shall I put this. The place is very nice and clean. I was welcomed when I walked in but that was it. The music really changed my mood, I would appreciate music a little more upbeat than whatever was playing. The young lady that took my order was very dry and not too friendly. The ice cream was okay. I may have enjoyed my treat more if the experience at the location would have been different. I do understand that the pandemic is making it hard for many businesses. But I would like to believe that is more of a reason why businesses would put a little extra effort when attending customers. Especially when being cooped up at home for so long. Probably won’t return any time soon.

I came to Yuma a few times out of the year so this is my second time here. The environment in this place has changed. The place still looks as nice as before but the environment is not as pleasant . There is a somber and not inviting ambiance. Didn’t enjoy my ice cream as much as I had before .

We sat until 10 after 1 excited to support the business with no show from employees. Bumming that we couldnt have your ice cream 😔

Several of my colleagues had really recommended this place a couple months back, but hadn’t had the opportunity to order. Really wanted to like it and was excited to try . But in my opinion not worth it, the ice cream looked nothing like the pictures :/

The ice cream is really good and has a good selection. Certain ice creams have a particular taste to it and wont be getting again. There was no wait time and I went on a Thursday night so my order was completed quickly. Overall, its a nice place to experience and will be going there again to try different flavors.

Not my niche to post, But their customer service has gone out the window. I came here before the business were shut down and my husband and I were so pleased with the ice cream and the amazing customer service of the ladies. Will not come back. Truly disappointed. Plus they never answer their phones. :/ I hope it’s just a phase for the business.

Fast friendly and delicious. We got two fruity pebbles and one chocolate chip something or other. Came to around $22. Will definitely be going back

Ice cream was tasty. We ordered the banana madness, but I guess they ran out of banana since there were none on it. They didn’t tell us they ran out or offer us a replacement topping. Also hours are listed as open until 10 pm on Fridays but they were already cleaning up just after 9 and turned several customers away.

Ice cream tastes good and its creative. What makes it unique is the different flavors WITH the selection of toppings chosen for each ice cream on the menu. Some of the toppings available are very familiar and to some ( for example: mochi) are not. The ice cream is rolled not scooped. One single size $7.Like I said, the ice cream is yummy but to me its all based on personal preference.FYI: Icecream is very nice for social media if you are into that.

I did waited like a few minutes and I notice that they were calling it by number and there was only like two more people in front of me and they never called my number.. they just kept going and going and going... and I told one of the employees did you guys skip me or something and she was like what number are you. I told her my number and then she went to go and look for my number where they have the employees look at the orders and then she was like oh will make it for you.. after like 15 minutes NOTHING. And I ask again and then they ignored me.... like really ... whats so hard of making a MANGO CHAMOYADA thats what I ordered... I hope that this does not happen again... after like 30 minutes i just decided to walk walk..

Okay so Im never coming back to this shop because of the lack of cleanliness from the staff. Not only was there a complete lack of hairnets, but I watched a female staff member, with a rose tattoo on her forearm, with no gloves on,wipe/scratch her face and wipe her hands on her pants repeatedly, and never wash her hands. This same staff member filled multiple orders ( not mine thank goodness) as I watched and waited for upwards of half an hour for my order. Finally, I watched a more cleanly staff member prepare my ice cream. They rolled it up and set it at the topping counter. I waited eagerly for them to finish my order and call my number. They let my ice cream sit and melt on the counter for another 15 minutes before topping and serving it. Im disgusted and very disappointed.

Ice cream was fantastic the service was not very good. The people working weren’t very friendly and looked like they hated their job no smiles or interaction. When we ordered we weren’t given a number or anything then all the sudden they start calling numbers good thing we were the only four waiting for ice cream .

First time visiting was a few weeks ago for my daughters birthday (her request). The staff didn’t seem very friendly or excited to help. Experience was ok, looked visually pleasing but I probably wouldn’t return.

A nice edition to Yuma. Fair prices for quality rolled ice cream you can watch being made. A variety of ice creams are available; worth waiting in line for. Worth a visit.

Not worth the time for an ounce of ice cream just rolled pretty like. If youre not on your lunch break and arent busy in 1hr, I recommend it. But, it needs seating outside because there are so many people crammed inside. Also, a tv to watch something so your not just thinking about time being wasted. Finally, it should be served how it is in the picture because when I bought mine, I got it almost melted and it only had four rolls of the Ice Cream. To add, this is based on my experience and most of the other people I have talked to who also had the same experience.

Went at 8:30PM, the trash cans were overflowing on the floor, the tables and chairs were too dirty. We ate in our car. They probably need additional staff to make it a more enjoyable experience. The door slams extremely loud everytime you come and go, which is also unpleasant. We watched the girl who made our ice cream go to the back and text on her phone with her gloves on and come back and make it with the same gloves. Will not be back for a while until they make some improvements.

This was most definitely the worst ice cream I have ever had in my entire life. The vanilla is completely tasteless, the only thing I could taste was the caramel drizzle on the top. If you like throwing away money this is the place for you. 0/10 would never return.

I love it! They have both common and unique toppings. I ordered red bean paste mix in with vanilla ice cream, top with berries and mochi, drizzling condensed milk. Omg I love the little mochi cubes! My favorite Japanese treat.

I expected this to be AMAZING! But no! I went home with a stomach ache and I had food poisoning for 2 days, along with both my sisters, and it didnt even taste that good! So no! I would stick to Cold Stone and Dairy Queen.
