Erick Soto is the best Service Advisor I had the pleasure in dealing with all needs for my 2018 Honda Odyssey. Even though I own 2 Chevys, I take them to Yuma Honda for service. They call you to explain what you need, how much it will cost & they stick to what they quote. Plus Freddie & Eric really listen & they care about my business. Then I get my vehicles back after they washed the dirt off, without my asking!!

Had a warning light come on driving on the freeway to a dentil appointment. After I nervously got back called the HONDA service center. They had me bring my car in immediately!! Checked the tires for leaks or damage, thankfully they were only in need of a good airing up. The young man at the desk was VERY nice, helpful and made me feel like life was ok . I was in & out in maybe 20 mins or so.. Thank you Yuma Honda Service Center

Back in 2015 my wife and I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic. My wife is not comfortable taking this vehicle out of town due to a tire pressure light problem. We have taken this vehicle in over a dozen times for this issue. Weve been told that this problem was due to weather changes. We live in Yuma Az. The temperature never changes and continues to be over a 100 degrees. I will never purchase a Honda again. Management ha informed me that they will check into this matter and has yet to call me back with a reasonable explanation.

Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work and price!
