Mike is the best in town no question.I go there for all after buyservice stuff on my bikes and Mike is taking care of four of my bikes no problem. He and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful and honest. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Over priced and lie.To start I liberty is bad but wow theyre worse. I went in to get my brakes bled. They come out 5 minutes later to tell me I need new rotors? They tell me because theyre warped really bad but you cant see it by looking at them. Then they price me $300 to replace them not including parts. This job only takes 5 minutes to do yourself. red flag. Luckily I have a tool at work that can measure exactly how much theyre warped and funny enough the tool shows theyre perfect. They lied to my face or have no experience.Second thing you should know is this place takes full advantage of being one of the only bike places in Yuma. Parts and fluids in store are a complete rip off. Order online and stay away from this place.

The work is good if its small stuff, ive caught them lying a few times but nothing detrimental eg, did you test drive? Howd you manage that without the key, and the bike locked? ~silence~ or having to ask for my parts back and getting lip. abit pricey. If you need to rethread a hole, put on an air cleaner, mirrors, small stuff theyre the go to.

They seem to always have the small parts we need for our Harleys at a great price; otherwise, HD would have to order and us wait.

I have been in here a few times and every time they have not met their specified time for job completion yet. This was the last time I do business here. On the most recent visit, I took a paddle tire to get plugged and also needed a dirt bike paddle tire mounted. They told me it would be done the next day by 3:30. I stopped by at 4:30 the following day and they said it wasnt done. They said to come back in an hour. Went back at 5:30 and it still wasnt done. Had to wait until after they closed at 6:00 to get my tires. To add to the inconvenience they charged me $76 for a tire swap and plug. They charged me a half of hour of labor to plug and patch a paddle tire on a bead lock. I figured they would at least gave me a break on the raping after I drove there twice in a day and sat around until after they closed. There are smaller shops around the Yuma area that do a good job at a better price. If you have to use them make sure you get a quote and expect to wait.

Mikes awesome! Needed a place that I could trust with my ride. Very reasonable and a much better experience than with Coyne Powersports. Highly recommend these guys and theyre local...Bigger isnt always better!

I always get my tires changed there, and the service is excellent.

I had a flat on my bike. Called Mike and not only did he come to pick it up later in the day he also had the tire changed he had it done and back to me same day. Very friendly and even washed it for me. That kind of service will have me going to them for years to come.

These guys were awesome! My buddy and I had just completed the El Camino Del Diablo. We rode down from Denver in February. His Harley needed a rear tire and my KLR needed a front and rear tire before riding back to Denver. The shop got us in and out quickly and the staff were great guys. In November, 2016 I had an issue with the signal lights on my 2001 Valkyrie M/C so I stopped by Pacific Motorsports to see if they could help me. They took my bike in right away and had them repaired in 15 minutes.

Always friendly, does excellent work, fair prices, very knowledgable. Ive had lots of work done there on both bikes and jet skis.

Brought my bike there they didnt do the basic pressure test. They did all kind of crazy stuffs from fuel pump to carbs it turns out the timing chain broke. They have had it for about 2 months now and will not get to it. Worst customer service. Not recommended.

I was over charged for a repair. Wont go back again. Waited a long tine to get my ATV back.

The worst service ever. I gave them over a month to look at some jet skis to repair.After 7 weeks they told me they had no one to repair. What a joke. Stay away.
