My phone got lost in the hospital 3 weeks ago, I missed my delivery but my grandma was able to explain and with proper identification and power of attorneys able to pick my packages up and she said the delivery driver and the woman who helped her package our clothes and belongings was very helpful. Lazy nonhelpful people. Very disappointed with FedEx at that location. What happened to helping the customer? Only worried about themselves. Save ur time and money, go to UPS store.

If only the customer service was great I would give this place a 4/5 star. They were so rude I almost walked away, it was unbelievable, the tone, expression and work ethic was not Fedex standard!! So disappointed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO UPS.

Lady was rude when I asked a question about my package. Had little patience and a mean tone. Should have walked away but just wanted to get what I needed done. Her service wasn’t great. Very surprising since I’ve been here before and the service is usually good. Not going back, that’s for sure.

These ladies are helpful and knowledgeable. And they get you in and out pretty fast. I had a very positive visit.

The lady who packaged the gifts I was sending assured me on their arrival time to their destination. That was 4 days ago. Im in Arizona, the destination is Washington. I called and got a very rude person on the phone when asking for an explanation. My packages have also been sitting in California all day, no movement. Cant believe I paid so much for such lousy service. Ill never be using FedEx again, Ill stick to UPS.
