This is a great FedEx ship center with very friendly employees. If you cannot have packages delivered to where you live, or if you are worried about getting a package stolen if it is left at your door, having your package shipped here is a great option. They will receive your package and hold it for up to 5 business days until you come up pick it up in person. Note that you will need a government-issued ID to claim your package. I think its a great safe option when you are receiving a package containing valuables. Like this review if you agree!

Do not ever use It for overnight or high priority shipping. I took 4 days to get the package and I had to personally pick it up. They need to correct their open hours for this store. The web site and google maps says they open on Sunday, that is not the case and after talking to the customer service manager he told me it was a surprise to him that they don’t open Sunday. All they have at the store is a sign at the doors with the times posted, if you try to contact the store good luck! You will end up talking to the same customer service people and they don’t have any idea of what’s really going on at the stores. Basically is the Wild West with this guys. My team and I lost a couple shifts believing that they will deliver on their promises. I would rather use any other delivery service.

There delivering sucks.they don’t even knock on you door even though you don’t have a vehicle in your driveway.they sent my package back

Convenient location on 40th St. in Yuma. Sometimes it gets busy, usually around midday, and service slows down. But its faster than waiting on like at the USPS.

Being a ship center. It always takes a while to get packages overnight from company. Always have to come back 2 hours later to pick part.

I like using Fedex whenever I ship stuff or deliver, but since moving to an apartment complex Ive had issues with inappropriate delivering methods. I had a 90 dollar refrigerated box that got delivered to the main office instead of my door and before I knew it was delivered, the office was closed and it was left overnight. Apparently Im not the only one with problems because important medications also get delivered inappropriately.

Very helpful and friendly staff at this FedEx facility!I needed to ship an item back to the manufacturer for repair and did not have an appropriate box. They assisted me by providing a used box and helping me reforment into the appropriate size to be able to ship my item. The staff here bend over backwards to be helpful and courteous!

One: Delivery was for 8pm and was changed last minute to 4:30pm and delivery said attempted to deliver at 3:32pm.Two: Message said pick up package after 5pm, showed up and facility is closed.

While the local office may have ok customer service they cant help that FedEx as a whole is a horrible service. Twice in the past month Ive used them and both times I had to pick up my package or wait for the next day after delivery attempts were supposedly made. I was in the house both times! Skip them if you can.

Customer service is without equal. They always take the time to say hi or have a great day no matter how busy.

Fed ex was the least expensive and fastest delivery service for a package I was mailing. The facility is a little outside of town but the clerks are very personable and Fed ex is a great option.

Couldve been a zero star in my book! Super rude everytime I went in. I wasnt the most important customer everytime it was my turn. They made it a point to tell me they didnt have time to ship and label and gave me my own labels to do instead of how I needed it done for work. Even with no line nor customers they had 2 people working and didnt have time to be doing this with packages in the back! Never again!You want good FedEx service? The staff on 4th ave is amazing tho, ALWAYS ON POINT AND SMILING WITH SERVICE!

First I went to the shipping FedEx address in the counties barely made it to send my package them I remember it that I was going to use the fact services but they dont offered all the services the main office in Yuma has. Good thing that they told me they close like 3 hrs later than. 5 pm. Ladies were very nice and polite. I went to the main office in Yuma on 19th Street and 4th Ave. Girl on the counter was super sweet and helpfill. Even though those facilities are expensive if you asked me. To fax locally everysingle sheet except the cover sheet its almost $2.00 and the long distance numbers cost almost $3.00 have any other. I pay about $10.00 to send a fax. Its ridiculous.

Lazy driver left tag on our gate, didnt even attempt to come to the door. I saw and ran out to catch him but he was already speeding away. Called the office immediately but they said he couldnt come back out today. Of course its Friday so they wont come back until Monday.Very disappointing.

Couldnt hold packages, and you can never call individual stores useless company

I was at home waiting for package I need to sign for. Driver left door tag on gate saying I need to go to facility to pickup. Customer Service told me there was nothing they could do. And to go to pick it up or wait until tomorrow. I guess the driver will continue to get away with this.
