Tried to return a phone within my 14-day Grace. They did everything possible to get me to walk away by telling me they could not return this day without a manager present, this was incorrect. They told me I would not be entitled to another free phone in this promotion and that was incorrect. They were rude and condescending difficult to work with. After 2 hours of trying to get them to just do their job the return was complete and I went to the South store where they had the other promotional free phone it was activated and Ive had no other problems.

I had an issue activating a device ordered online that was unresolved by calling customer service. In store AJ took the time to research and resolve the issue even though he hadnt made the sale. I walked in frustrated and prepared to cancel service. I left with a new confidence in T-mobile. Thank you AJ.

Went in today to purchase a screen protector. Met an associate named William. Very professionable and knowledgable. He didnt just do a fantastic job applying it, he made sure it was absolute perfection before I left the store because he knew thats what mattered the most to me. Thanks again man!

I have entered this location twice to purchase a Samsung Note. The last time I entered I was again asked to put a mask talisman upon my face by a lady at the first counter. Strangely she was standing across from another customer who was talking on the phone with his mask down below his chin, spewing toxic air throughout the store. Shameless hypocrisy and a failure to adhere to a policy which has no scientific merit.

Went to see about lowering my bill. Said they had a plan buy one get one free. Trade in our old phones to get this deal. So we did and we are still being charged for one of the phones that we traded in. Because they say we didnt turn it in the day we did this. This store called my wife a lieyer on the phone. They have cameras but havent checked. I would not recommend this location for a bandaid. T- mobile store on the north end of zanesville.

Went in for a phone case and it was packed and under staffed... Rep told me shed show me the ones for my phone cause they was in a drawer after she was finished with another Lady and must had forgotten cause I had to remind her I needed to see the cases again after the lady left... She did provide me a discount on the cases since I was buying two tho and that was nice seeing theybrun $35 to $55 each... All in all it was a good visit I think it was just a busy day

Set up service here and it only took these young ladies a half our to activate 5 phones! Insane to me how easy they made the process. 5 stars and again thank you guys!

Terrible service. The sales people were not very knowledgeable. Very very pushy. They did not listen when I told them what I was looking for. The just kept pushing what I assume they get the best commission on. This is definitely a place to avoid.

Had 2 numbers ported over last year. Sprint was running a special where u could activate up to 5 lines. The sales person convinced me to activate all 5 lines. The phones I got with 4 of the lines were suppsed to be free and I was told I could cancel the lines in a year . Well I found out I have been paying for the phones and cant cancel the lines for 18 months. After a battle with corporate sprint I was told well were sorry about the miss information but u cant do anything about the phones till the 18 months are up.

Cant handle Customers service. Sometime there are no mangers on site if need to speak with about things. The Sprint employees will gang up on you and yell at u if u have a handle with an employee. This store can ban you whenever they feel like it. If I were a man she probly would have been me.

Good experience got a galaxy s3 for my girlfriend 1 year ago and only had to go back once to get a phone case for it i am very happy with the customer service and depending on the time of day you dont have to wait to long to get help
