I have had my ups and downs with them. But when I have a serious issue that I need help with I can usually get the type of help I need.. Boyfriend lost 2 phones in 2 weeks only was able to get my claim approved because I couldnt remember the date his phone was stolen.

I like metro by t mobile, I dont think you should get charged extra because you want to pay with a debit card. Other than that, this is better than the last place I had😀

Very poor customer service! Will not return to this location! Filed a complaint over a week ago and still no response from corporate.

There were 2 employees. I am guessing one was a manager because the other employee said that she couldnt help us and proceed to talk with another woman sitting on the floor. The manager was interviewing an woman and explaining that they only make money when the offer cases and protectors. We left after sitting for 30 minutes and went to another store.

I had great service and they was able to fix my problem easily. Very polite and pleasant to deal with

I was in this store I would say about a week or so ago. The manager, I think her name was Melissa was very rude. She was upset about something, slamming items on the counter and swearing. Not a place I would want to do business. I had heard such great things but customer service seems to be lacking.

I do love them but my husband did get r new phone on amazon

Dont try to call them about your data being slowed down when you have unlimited data. Because it will ring and ring and ring no one will answer!!!!!!!!!!! Ive called 4X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
