I really enjoy shopping here the staff are friendly and helpful

Becky was very helpful in assisring me find everything I was looking for. She should get an accommodation. I spent hours searching for items and when asked Becky she didnt hesitate to help me and j was so grateful for assistants.

Im referring to the Walmart in Zanesville. The first male worker whose name starts with J and ends with S, was extremely rude!!!! I ignored him.The sweet, warm ladies at the check out were super friendly even asking where I was from when I said I wasnt from there!!

Pretty good as far as Wallyworlds go. I still dont like getting asked for my receipt on the way out tho and as long as we are wearing masks and taking covid precautions then I really dont feel comfortable doing that. Kinda hard to hand your receipt to someone 6ft away anyway.

They have a nice variety of items. It is clean. They need more of the riding carts, seems a lot of people in our area need them. They do have some new ones that are very nice.

Found some fun stuff. So ready for some egg nog in my life. Also, brand name yakult?! No longer have to drive to Columbus for that!

Walmart was great, staff was so friendly, with smiles abound, one crew member even brought me some food and drink, what a sweetie,they let me roll my wagon right on in without complaint, no problems with me plugging my phone in to charge, spent hours in there and wasnt hassled at all, even played a few songs inside with no trouble, not to mention outside as wellOne complaint but not even worth taking a star off, the bike section is a bit hard to navigate but I think thats more on corporate, they just gotta print the bike name on the front wheel insert and everyones life would be easier

Walmart needs to have training for any and all of their employees. Customers should be welcomed instead of feeling like they dont matter. Customers arent always right and are human too but customers are what pay your pay check so proper training is definitely needed.

I love that I can get what I need and get out quickly with the self check out. I use the self check out with the conveyer belt because there is less people and I can put everything on the belt and out of my cart giving a place to put the stuff as I ring it up and bag it much quicker than a congested line of sick people.

If you are doing curbside pickup be prepared to wait for a long time. That is if you can get someone to answer the phone to tell them you are there.

Its a good one. Decent. Our weekly grocery destination. I wish the staff had more knowledge about what is where. Whenever asked a staff about something they mentioned “i dnt know exactly”. Deli is good. Produce is fresh. Cashiers are polite, maintaining their calm during busy days.

Stood back at Sporting goods waiting on some help and had to call Walmart with my cell phone to get someone back there. Guy was nice that helped but was not very knowledgeable about fishing licenses.

Unlike The Other Walmart Store, in Cambridge,Ohio All The Shelves Are Fully Stocked, Many, Many, Many Employees Walking Around Everywhere to Assist Customers. Smelling Fresh and Floors Looking Shiny And Clean. Supervisors and Patrolling All Areas. This is The Reason I Had to Travel 23miles to and From my Walmarts.. Just to Purchase Some Great Value Automatic Air Freshener Spray Refill. I Used $30 Dollars in Gas Driving my F250 Going to Purchase a Can of $5.87 Refiller. I Have Been Calling Customers Service For 3 Weeks Hoping That a New Shipment Would Have Arrived (3-5 minutes) Calls Waiting For Someone to Assist You or Operator to Back and Answer The Phone 😖You Can Tell That They Are Not The Same People From Previous Administration.One Good Point 😆(they added 2 more maybe 3 new electric scooters)

The Walmart on Maple is a good store. The workers are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean.

My shopping experience was pleasant. I felt safe and comfortable walking around with my daughter. Thankfully everyone was wearing masks and kept their distance. The only disappointment was that I was not able to find some of the baby supplies that I needed. Other than that.. the employees were kind and helpful!

So I bought the Walmart brand BBQ Baked Beans with brisket in sauce, smoke flavoring added for my Memorial day dinner. That was the WORST tasting beans Ive ever put in my mouth. Not sure were BBQ fits in with all the vinegar taste. Went straight in the Trash😝

They gave me someone elses items that my client didnt order and i jad to go back again. Been on roads unfamiliar to me. Yes ill go back again but it might be awhile.

Have been waiting 1 hour and 21 mins for a pickup order. Not one associate had approached me. I arrived on time and checked in immediately. Second time they have burned me. No more pickup at Walmart.

I love your store n employees, you just need to open more lanes, everyone is tired of waiting in line where we are blocking other customers from getting their own products

This location can get pretty busy. Go as early as possible to avoid the rush.

Big walk to obtain a few items. Lunch meat deli extremely poor and sad, I passed straight to ALCOHOL ! WHOOO HOOO, VACATIONS REQUIRE BOOZE ! 😂

The setup is very different from the Cambridge Walmart where I am from, but it was very easy to maneuver through the store and find everything that I needed

I stop into this Walmart several times a week before I head to work in the morning. They always have what I need for a quick and easy checkout. The staff at this location greet me kindly at the door and anytime I need help, its easy to find someone to point me in the right direction.The store is impecably clean and the isles are never cluttered with debris. All of these things make stopping in a pleasant experience .

I hate this store and their lack of inventory. If you need it they probably dont have it.

Pet food shelves are nearly bare. Music over the intercom is too loud and not conducive to a relaxing shopping experience.

I mean its a Walmart. Whatever you like and dislike about other Walmart stores, youll probably find here. Although I will say there is absolutely no diversity here. Its box tacos and la choy if you want to change things up.

Usually find what Im looking for. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Some of the greeters on entry and exit are good embassadors for Walmart.Some of the cashiers are either too new and appear overwhelmed with the pace or not yet fully trained but do not have a trainer nearby to help them.Some of the older (longer term employed)Cashiers seem to show signs of getting burned out because only three lines are open and there are enough people in the lines to warrant opening at least two more lines.If you are lucky enough to find a worker in the grocery department when you need assistance, they might be very willing to help but have only been there two or three days and havent been given the pricing and inventory gadget yet. And are not familiar with the aisle layout just yet.

Staff help is 50/50Some are trained well while others more focused on cell phones and not interested at all in customer satisfaction

Do not order clicklist. Most inept and clueless staff. Told them three times over 45 minutes I was here for my order, they then came and said they had no idea I was out here. All bays full of people waiting for their orders and no groceries coming out.

Two separate occasions today I saw so she is trying to accuse customers are stealing when like nothing was going on and stuff but it is both ends I love the check out and then leaving the store there I thought that there was what was called a point-of-sale meaning it was stolen once somebody left the building are past that point meeting detectors are the cash registers so these people harassing people at the registers instead of offering to help him maybe because most people are not cashiers and Ive been even talked to weirdly and rudely by some people in your store turning into ghetto you guys better get it under control stop blaming people who may just need some help

The one on Maple Ave. in Zanesville is very clean but Im still frying used to the order...i often cant find things quickly as theyre layout is much different than what Im accustomed to. But, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I that makes ask the difference!

To much stocking and the narrow aisles makes for a crowded mess.Only 1 cashier opened for entire store...
