We paid for our Venti lattes, and they were a little over half full. They said it was the whipped cream taking up room. Ok. So they offer to remake them. They bring back the cups and said they filled them up. They didn’t say that they were filled with milk (or water) because it does NOT taste like Starbucks. Doesn’t even taste like coffee. Very unhappy!!

This place is hopping. I seen 4 employees at all times, and they work very well together. I didnt know what to order so I told the young lady what I like and didnt like. The drink I got was good but it was bitter and not cold or sweet enough. I wanted to ask for them to make it sweeter and colder but I was afraid it would mess their groove up. 2 more employees I see now, maybe one of them can help me. Cant make eye contact. But I will....and I did, my drink was remade and was AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU FOR SHOWING WHAT TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. YALL ROCK!!!!

Cant complain. Sure people argue the prices are high, but the coffee is ground and brewed fresh on the hour. We ask for coffee cocktails which take time to make. (Trust me, its like being a bar tender some of the drink combinations people ask for). Their quality is consistent and delicious. Will continue to grab a coffee here when treating myself.

They do a beautiful job on my coffee every time and they are so friendly. I come here almost everyday. When I bring my dogs they give me extra whipped cream in their pup cups. Staff is so sweet and kind! :)

This place is just terrible!! It’s ran more like a Dunkin’ than a Starbucks! The customer service sucks in all around! A bunch of unfriendly careless young kids with no morals!!! Each time I try to give this place a bit of faith they let me down….ask for the drink to be remade and they load it with sweetener to be cute!! We don’t pay 5 dollars a drink for trash service!!!!! Send them to Wesley chapel for some training in customer service and drink making!!!

Ive been to many starbucks, many not as big or as staffed as this one and it still took over 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order I placed 10 minutes before driving there. Then after the great wait my shaken espresso was more like shaken milk. Seriously lacking organization and leadership. Do better.

This location is ideal for the growing Zephyrhills community. The staff is super friendly, and seemingly more knowledgeable than staff at Starbucks in Lutz we visited last night. The Zephyrhills Starbucks staff was courteous even when doing a late “pour over” for picky me. I love the atmosphere and the incredible size of this location. Great for small group meetings and evening study sessions. The music is a bit loud but it’s late and the concrete floor lends to the bouncy acoustics. My “pour over” just arrived, promptly, and the Veranda is absolutely fabulous, especially with the lemon pound cake slice my wife and I Are sharing. My wife had a white chocolate Frappuccino and she gives the preparation of her beverage 5 stars. Overall a great coffee-meeting place to spend time with friends, for family or work/ leisure activities or just a nightcap. Very nice, a gem for Z-Hills.

Going from bad to worse. Drive thru speaker and all headsets need to be checked. 3 to 4.repeats of everything. Tall latte + $10 gift card. At the window the woman said $22.55! Huh? OK, corrected it to 13.55 but sounded like 12.55.to me. Paid. Was given the gift card. Waited. Waited. Asked, and my latte? Oh, I forgot.. then found it sitting next to her screen... no stir stick or cup band, no so sorry. I unkind suggested she needed some caffeine herself, but honestly she acted like she was using medical? Marijuana. I eagerly await the opening of a serious competitor in this area.

This is the second time I have experienced bad service. The first time was when I ordered a curbside order before I had to go into work and I waited for 30 minutes outside, continuously hitting the “I’m here” on my app. Finally I walked inside because I want what I payed for and told them I’m going to be late that’s why I ordered my drink 30 minutes ago and they said “what’s the name” I told them and they didn’t even start making it until I walked inside!!! I get it when you’re busy but at the time you guys had no line and people are walking in and out with their order while I am waiting for my order.Today I finally went back after not returning from the previous situation and I ordered online and went they the drive-thru and picked up my order. I PAYED for extra caramel drizzle and this does not look like extra to me. I will not be going back. The girl in the window told me “it all sank to the bottom” which is fine I get that but there should be more than that since I did pay for extra. I work in the customer service/food industry I know how it feels but I am getting bad service constantly and something needs to be done about it.

Good location, friendly staff. Our app orders were done promptly, and on time. Had zero issues picking them up in store, and everything went smoothly. I also noticed at the Starbucks drive-through is off and far less busier than most other locations. A great place to go for your coffee fix!

I drive for Uber Eats. I went in to get a order, they were busy but not enough to take care of their customers. I waited for approx 20 minutes people were in and out and me nope. Never asked me what I wanted what I was there for or nothing. I finally said I am here from uber eats and some lady said oh okay and they just started it after I said that. I WILL NEVER walk back in that store again

So sad that you can’t get my drink right! Another $5 wasted! When someone asked for a White chocolate Mocah and you get a completely white drink!!! Where the hell is the Mocah or the coffee??? Sad I have to say I want coffee in my drink that I get from a coffee shop! I could not even get back in line as the drive thru was wrapped around the building! I will never go back to this one! Was there on Feb 2 the guy that rang us up was very nice and helpful but while waiting for my drinks. We were the last to get our drinks when we were the first to order. Thought it was first come first served. The girls were not friendly at all. Probably won’t go back.

Multiple times I’ve come here and still have issues with no one letting me pick up my online order. I end up standing there forever as everyone else is assisted. Then I have to yell for someone’s attention. When I get my orders they are always wrong! But I’m not about to wait another 20 mins for it to be fixed. Wish there was another one. Maybe I’ll just stop going here and do dunkin instead!!

Never get my order correct unless I order on the app. Today, they are closed, but the app is still allowing orders and drive thru is open. However, you have to drive through the drive thru thats wrapped around the building to get your order. Never got my coffee... 30 minutes wasted. Please deactivate app orders if you are not allowing people to pick them up on a timely manner!

This location deserves a zero star rating and is literally trash! By far the worse rated location, period! They have a bunch of inexperienced young kids that havent ben trained properly. Rather than them ask questions to be sure theyre making the beverage correctly, they just make it how they assume it should be made. This makes 3 days in a row Ive wasted my time and my money at this sorry excuse of a starbucks. Ive ben coming to this location pretty much since it opened and they use to have a few real baristas now it seems they have none at all.

I received a very poor experience at this location, I paid for two grande coffees and they were both awful. I have been to Starbucks many times at a location in Wesley chapel and have ordered the same thing on multiple occasions. The frappes I received were not mixed and tasted like they did not receive any of the syrups they were supposed to. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

301 Starbucks worst Iv ever been to!!!!! Again 25 min wait on a mobile order, everyone waiting, bc they put everyone’s orders by the drive thru window by mistake. Then gave me cold brew and had them remake it as I can only have reg iced coffee- this was the second time now. They don’t use fill lines on the cup so the coffee is filled to the top, ice added, then they try to fit the half/half on top which over flows. Oh and my Sandwich which I rarely order- cold from sitting in the wrong place. Worst Stbux ever!! Multiple issues here ever order

Warm coffee and not great. Dunkin donuts has better tasting coffee and is always hot. The music at the place was high and cant hear the clerks when taking the order due to the loud music in the place. Wont bother going back.

This place is awful, everyone is rushing and making drinks wrong, the last three days in a row I have received a free drink because I touched a drink that wasn’t mine or wrong and was told to keep it. Then when you tell them the it’s not right they cop an attitude. Oh and if you have to wait to receive your drink for the second time inside because it was made wrong don’t sit bec they will be on top of you telling you can’t sit, if they were as concerned with making the drinks right then people sitting the place might have a chance.

I don’t normally leave reviews for starbucks but I went to this store today and as per usual the service was amazing and my drink was perfect. the staff here is so sweet and I never wait too long even if the drive through line is long. sometimes I order something off the wall and they have always offered to have me try it before I drive off to make sure it tastes right. today phoniex was my drive through barista and they were the sweetest! my drink took a minute as it was espresso and they chatted with me through the window while I waited. I love coming to this location.

Im not sure what it is, but only about 1 out of every 4 mocha Frappuccinos I order is ever actually icy enough or thicker than drinking flavored milk. This was my 1st time at this location, Im usually in Pinellas county. Other than getting some extra time laughing with my sons, I cant say it was worth the 30+ min wait in their drive thru only service for our 12/26 stop there.

Highly disorganized store. The ticketing system prioritizes the drive thru and mobile orders. Drive thru guests wait on average 5 minutes while anyone ordering in store waits at least 10 minutes for an order. The staff does not effectively communicate mobile orders either. 3/8 guests waiting in store with me were there for mobile pick up but in this time of covid-19 sensitivity, they felt uncomfortable touching all the mobile orders to find their own.

Horrible service! You specifically ask them for something and they do it wrong and when you tell them they get mad and replace it for a sloppy one!I asked for a pink drink LIGHT ICE!! They gave it to me with just ICE. Then I told them and they passed me another cup with just the coconut milk! Sloppy! Like if you don’t want to redue something do it right the first time ! Love their hot chocolate. I love flavored hot chocolate but only have peppermint at christmas time. Would love to give you a five but will change if you do that. The staff members are always nice. They just aren’t trained well in corporate guidelines for making drinks. If I have to wait HALF AN HOUR in the drive-thru can you at least take the time to make drinks right?Sometimes my iced coffees are milk white and other times brown. I order the SAME way every time. Lots of windows that shows off the beautiful Zephyr clouds and warm blue skies.Café mocha was delicious, hot and prepared quickly.Was there for 2 hours with a friend and Francesca (spelling? ) offered an apple mocha shot which was sweet, warm and reminded me of warm apple cider on a chill fall day, which was perfect for late October!

I come here a LOT, and I have to say this is one of the consistently worst, slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to and definitely been to a lot. They screw things up quite often, out of stock on regular items quite often. Thankful theres even one here I gave it two stars. It just lacks proper management it seems. Most the baristas look and act like its their first day. Its quite comical but ridiculous.
