You can not get exams here. Only once youve had an exam somewhere else can you bring the prescription here and have them fill it. The reason I rated this so low, besides the obvious, is that it took me what had to be nearly 30mins of continuous calling and waiting for someone to pick up, just to be told they dont have a Dr there.
Although the 1 gal who ran the whole place was friendly and helpful, there is still not enough staff helping those waiting to be taken care of. I was not even acknowledged standing waiting for quite a while while the man fitting peoples faces looked at me a dozen times and ignored me. No hello, no please have a seat, nothing. After that, the appointment I made over the phone was not on the calendar. I spent $420 on my glasses alone, I dont think I will go back. They need to work on customer service and getting mote people to help out the one gal who flies around doing everything herself. Credit to her for trying to keep everyone happy.
Called in to see if I could get a replacement contact and the lady who answered was really rude to me and rushed me to get me off the phone I understand she was with a patient but she was still rude to me over the phone. Needs help with customer service skills
Dont know why they have 5 or six eye personal that work there and they all take a 3 hr lunch brake all at the same time now my mom has to wait 3 hrs to get her glasses Walmart yall need to do something about that otherwise someone might call the news channel and show them Walmart eye centers dont care about there customers
