Was looking for a stem and bonnet (shower faucet) for a mobile home. Walked in, showed the gentleman at the front desk and had everything I needed in literally 30 seconds. He opened package to make sure it would fit. Two faucet stems and two new handles for 18 bucks. Im so happy I didnt waste my time at Home Depot. Mobile homes often times use non standard parts so check this place before you go elsewhere. Glad I did!

I needed two interior doors for a project out of town and this business was the only one to have in stock exactly what I needed. I drove the extra miles to get them and not only got the doors but I got to witness some good old fashion customer service. Thanks Ivan mike and Jacob for making me and my wife have a wonderful day. Hello. Was greeted by Dale who helped me find a window for my moms mobile home and answered questions on a few other items I inquired about. The store was clean and very organized. Dale was great when it came to problem solving some of my issues and I left satisfied with my purchase. P. S. While there the store was being disinfected for Covid-19 by a proffesional and made me feel safe in that stores environment. Will definitely return for any more of my mobile home needs.

Been Iin twice looking for products and pricing and not only are they unhelpful, but they act like they dont even want to try and sell anything. They act very annoyed that I had questions and immediately said lowes does that.All 3 of the guys in the showroom obviously. Dont want to think about solutions.I wont waste my time going in again.

So happy, Eddie reached out to me on Facebook at 9 last night after I posted a request for recommendations for an air condition company. Purchased the unit today, he hooked me up with a company to install this week! So happy to have air on its way. While I was there I found so much more, floors will be another project Ill go to them with for sure.

I just went to purchase an exterior door. The service and the prices were less then satisfactory. One of the sales man there talked down on the door I was looking to purchase to try to sell at more expensive door that was out of my budget. If the product is that bad why are you selling it? I was looking for something comparable to what I currently have and his tone was so Condescending I left. I went down the street to another mobile home supply store for the same door that was out of my budget for a price that was in my budget... same brand and everything and the customer service was over the moon better. I got everything I needed for $4 more then what just the door would of cost me at your store and was treated like a person not $$$. As someone who works in customer service...there is someone peopleIn your business that needed to be retrained or need to find a new line or work!

Went to get prices on doors and windows for our addition and was told I couldnt come in without mask .I have a. Medical condition that allows me to not have to wear one or be harassed about wearing one.He stated that he could helpme outside and being.it was close to.100 degrees I told to thanks and moved on the the mobile home store which was amazing!

Great customer service is an understatement. I was in need of a discontinued soffit material for my home. I contacted 7 different stores and even the original manufacturer to be told sorry it doesnt exist. Eddie went out of his way to locate something that would match as close as possible. He called his suppliers and worked hard to locate something that would work. We even did the payment transaction over the phone to make things easier as I live almost an hour away. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Thank you Eddie!

Usually great place, this time had to go back because the screen I bought as not the length I paid for. They rectified the problem but banned me from buying cut screen from them ever again.

I cant say enough to express my gratitude to Eddie Carter at Mobile Home Depot Zephyrhills for all his help with my new AC unit. Knowing that I am elderly and live on a fixed income he went out of his way to see that I got the unit needed for my home. 1st he let me know that if I was able to purchase the unit before the end of May I would get a discount. 2nd he recommended Tim to come look at my unit to make sure I was purchasing the correct size and to check for any issues that would need to be addressed at the of instillation. 3rd Eddie made sure we were able to purchase everything we needed to make sure the unit would be installed and function properly. 4 Eddie called to check on the progress twice the second time he called I advised him that they were finished and how pleased I was. 15 minutes of turning the unit on the humidity level dropped 7% and temp was down 4 degrees. The unit has now been running for 2 hours and the humidity level is now down 16% and my temperature has reached my desire level. I will certainly be purchasing products for my next project (siding and windows) from Eddie. Thank you Eddie I will sleep comfortably tonight (first time in 2 years).Linda CramerZephyrhills, FL

Had to get new hot water heater for an old 60s trailer an Eddie an Ivan were GREAT!!

Sales people treat you, like you are stupid. I could see clear as day the cheap entry door they were selling had single pain glass. When asked if they had something with double pain glass.. Sales person kept denying it was single pain and changed the subject to hurricane proof door. It would have been nicer if they offered something better or just say we dont have it.

So happy to have found this resource. Excellent selection and unlike their competitors, this store is clean and organized. It is merchandised perfectly and the staff is very friendly.
