Outstanding shop with fair prices and a quick, high quality turn around. My stock drivers side power window burned out in my 02 explorer (literally smoked). They were able to schedule my repair within 2 days, diagnosed it, then called me with extremely fair, pragmatic options to choose from and had it fixed and back to me the next day. They offered pick up and drop off rides both ways which was very helpful. This is where you should take your car or truck for repairs.

A auto parts store sent me to Dukas to put on some wiper blades for me. Will and will not let anyone else touch my car but them. Honest, loyal, accurate diagnosing, price friendly and awesome owner and mechanics.

They are very polite and professional. They fixed the problem in a few hours for a reasonable price. The LED blinker bulbs that I purchased (trying to see if that would solve the problem) were not the right kind so the mechanic took them out and replaced them with the correct bulbs and he didnt charge me for them. The problem was the hazard lights switch. He replaced that and now the blinkers work correctly.

These guys are knowledgeable, honest and fair. They do a wonderful job. We used them a lot when we lived in IL. We now live in WI and we still cross the border to use them. Thats how good and honest they are. Wed recommend them to anybody, thats how good they are.

Great and friendly service. If I need service on my car quickly they can always get me in. They always give me a detailed and honest assessment before working on my car. David is very straight with me and I trust him. I feel taken advantage of at a lot of mechanic shops however I NEVER feel that at Dukas. They are my “go to” for car maintenance. I would recommend them to all I know.

This is the ONE shop I take my 2010 F150 pick up to. The customer service is friendly and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. The prices are competitive and the work is clean. No return visits for half way work. The best shop around, Im telling the truth.

So glad we have finally found a mechanic we can trust! We have used them for everything from an oil change to rebuilding a transmission. Every time we have had to bring our vehicles in we know the job will be done right and for a fair price. I seen their sign for $29.95oil change. I wasnt quite do yet but I thought Id see if they could get me right in. Which state did it was prompt service they didnt strip the oil plug like Jiffy Lube did. And the price was right I give this place two thumbs up and can recommend it highly

These guys are great! They do a thorough and competitive job. My 2016 Infinti QX60 had some wobble in the front end. I thought it was balancing of the tires - and was correct. These guys diagnosed and fixed the problem in just an hour or so and I was back on the road for really not a ton of $. I appreciate the service and value this firm brings to the Zion, IL area SO much! Being from out of town now - sniff - it is nice to know if I ever need auto serviced/fixed/figured out - that these guys can do it and not put a vacuum to my wallet.

Honest, friendly, efficient! This was my first experience & they did not disappoint. The owner gave me a brief history of the business, but he is the kind of person you could sit down and talk to for hours. I dont usually recommend businesses, but I believe that this is the place that you would want to do your business. It is hard to find can auto shop that you can trust when youre a woman and you dont know anything about cars. Dave is an excellent mechanic and an extremely helpful person. He did everything he could to help get my car started and made arrangements for a rental car to meet me at the shop. When the same thing happened again, nothing to do with previous work done, bad E85 gas, he didnt charge me to get my car going again. When I wasnt able to get a rental car from the nearest rental office due to spring break, he drove me home, and picked me up when my car was done. When ever I call him for advise, he always helps me out without hesitation. Its great to know there is still a honest mechanic willing to help those with broken down cars without breaking the bank. My brother, my sister, and niece takes their cars to Dave and we all are very happy and satisfied to continue doing business with Dukas Auto. Thank you Dave for all your help, service, and advise.

Exceptional service!I had a flat tire at 5:05 pm on one cold winter evening 2 years ago. The mechanic I had used before was closed & did not answer their phone. I called Dukas and the manager answered the phone even though they had just closed.He said to have the tow truck leave my car in their lot & put the keys in the mail slot & they would look at it the next morning.When I explained the I was unable to walk the 1/2 mile home from the Dukas Auto Shop, and I had no one who could give me a ride home, he said to call him when we were on our way to the shop & he would drive back to work & give me a ride home.It took over an hour for the tow truck to arrive & take my car & me to the auto shop.The manager packed his young kids in his truck & came in to give me a ride home.It was above & beyond any service I have had before. They truly care about their customers.I have been using Dukas ever since.

Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Failed the emissions test took it to them and they fixed the problem and even took it to the emissions test and it passed. I will return.

Didnt even bother to check if they had the tires I was looking for The staff was giving me dirty looks all the time treating me like if I had no money and they refused to fix my vehicle or even look at it they had me go out and get the information off of my car that they needed in order for them to fix it I was very nice the whole time so i just left for a different shop and realized they just didnt like Hispanics in my opinion but thanks anyways guys hope you guys get success from the people you choose to work with and actually help
