GET GAS SOMEWHERE ELSE! No stars if I could simply because the Vacuum/Air Vac doesn’t work, (hardly ever), lack of friendly customer service, rude employees, honestly just don’t even waste Your time here.

Very nice customer service and I love the way they handle, was quick and fast service for me

I was a very upset customer. I purchased a slushy and 15 dollars in gas, but it took me more than 3 minutes to get back to my car. That being said I was told my card was automatically refunded. Its more than 24hrs later I have no gas from them or money. I called my card provider and they told me nothing was pending and I shoud go back to the store. Which I did after a long day at work. Well after arguing with the staff they refused to give me there names or corporate phone number. Instead told me to get the number online. The female worker took out her personal cell phone to record me. Than they sent an older black man out who told me he was more qualified to talk to me because he was black. The man who refused me the corperate phone number initially was supposedly the manager and owner of the store. At least thats what the staff told me. In the end I did call the corporate phone number that I looked up online and Im waiting on a response from a manager and my 15 dollars. They did tell me they would insure my refund. So dont take more than 3 minutes to pump your gas at 7-Eleven or you can be waiting for days like me.

I got rear ended in front of the place and the driver took off after pulling into the parking lot with me.... they wouldnt answer their phone for me to ask a simple question about their camera footage. I called 30 plus times, not one call was answered.

Love the variety of coffe flavors and bakery. Also cant forget to enjoy a slurpee or grab a quick bite.

It gets busy. Some of the staff can be brash at times. Prices are a bit higher then other places on many items, but its possible to find a decent deal here and there. Could be cleaner to.

Open 24 hours? Sunday morning I was there. Doors were locked. Even though it says theyre open.

They are closed!!! And its not even 12am let alone its a 24hr convenient store. This is not the first time i have experienced this since new management took over!!
