I was great the store manager Kyle was great some guy Named Danny West assisted with Kyle helping me find what I was looking n for. But there was this one guy screaming like he had Turrets and another guy he was chasing him around saying Michael you promised me 3 hours???? But overall it was a great day. Here are some pictures.

Each time I have been here, the staff is helpful. They lose one star because this week I placed an order online for same day pickup and there are some holes in that process.I went out somewhere else and swung by on the way back even though I didnt get an email that it was ready. The gentleman there told me that what I ordered was coming from another store and would arrive by 12:30. I ended up calling the next morning because I still didnt get an email about the order. My order had arrived, but they didnt email me.

Every time I go in this location and order parts for brakes they give me the wrong rotors and calipers and brake pads. I end up having to go back two and three times to get the right parts. Beyond frustrated is an accurate description of my experience.

Didnt really take me seriously when I asked for a battery to be ordered, they will test your battery but wont install a new one if you buy one there... nah.. ill go to another store or a different location

Great go to place when you need that hard to find part. Friendly, helpful employees.

Had the part I needed when I broke down on a Sunday afternoon. NAPA was the only parts house in the area to have it in stock. They had the part out and ready when I arrived. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes. Got back on the road in no time at all thanks to NAPA Know How.

Theyre my #1 place for batteries and parts! My latest experience thinking I needed a battery turned into needing an Alternator! I got there a half hour before closing. The guys at the 106th and Michigan Rd location hung out an hour after closing assisting the installation... much appreciated!

Let me start off by saying between all four major autoparts stores and dealer parts centers, Napa is the best. The employees at this Napa go the extra mile for me weekly which can be rare from parts stores. The staff at this Napa is the best in this area without a doubt. Doug and Tina will get you what you need when you need it.
