I called them to see if they had a part in stock and I had two issues.First, the price for the part that they quoted me was literally over 3 times how much I paid for a direct OEM Ford part online from Ford! I get if its a little more expensive to have it here and now. But $300 for a part I purchased for $80 from Ford online!?!? CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!Second, the customer service was just bad. It was like trying to get my 8 year old to clean her room. It was constant resistance and only required one extra step (a phone call to the department 20 steps away).To be fair... after a few minutes of frustration, I became a bit snarky. I regret that. If you are reading this, Pearson Parts... I am sorry. Additionally, I dont believe that Pearson Ford sets their employees up for success and thats not the employees fault.Anyway... I hope your experience is better than mine.
