I had an enjoyable time at their outside patio area with family! Their seating indoors and outdoors are nice and comfortable for me, my bf, and my 65 yo mom. Not much of a view, but I was focused on the good company and drinks.

Nice place to study because its quiet. The baristas are quick with orders and the food selection is usually always stocked. Its annoying that many people come alone but take up a table meant for 4 so sometimes, there arent any seats left so be warned. Otherwise, it is a nice Starbucks.

Went with my friend and got some drinks. Caitlin was very nice and helpful in taking our orders.

Swung by this morning. Kay was working at the window and provided a great experience. She doubled checked our order because of it being questionable. Verified that it was incorrectly taken and made sure it was made correctly. We had experiences at the location on Michigan Rd where they made it incorrectly. So it was nice being taken care og so kindly, accurately, timely and all with a beautiful smile. This is what makes a business. Great job, Kay and the rest of the associates.

I dont always come here at 6:00am. But when I do I am tired and grumpy and feel like a soggy sponge and am greeted pleasantly by Emily who remembers my order by my voice and what day of the week it is. A+ service.

Can not compete with Starbucks service and friendly/nice crews. They are always so pleasant to make small talks.. 2 stars off is ... last 3 times when I ordered coffee, they burnt them. There is one Starbucks coffee in Whitestown and when I went there 1st time, they burnt my coffee so I switched to Zionsville store. In the past, their coffee tasted so good and yummy but recently 3 times in a row, they burnt coffee. I am uncertain I should try again or not at this time. Hence, its ok with 3 star. If they stop burning coffee, I would definitely go back.

Addiction is real! And so is my love for coffee. Starbuck does one great thing, keeping things consistent. Typically if you like one you will like them all. I like this one just the same as all the others. Try the chai tea latte if you dont like coffee, but wanna sound like you do. Ha ha

Absolutely love the drive thru staff at this location. Always very welcoming and great with remembering names. Thank you for passing your smiles along to your customers. I stop at this location for a reason. I pass another location just to get the positivity every morning. Keep changing someone ones day! 💙

Literally waited 14 minutes inside for a cake pop; I would understand if they were busy but literally 3 people were standing around doing noThing. I work for a Starbucks and as a manger I would be embarrassed about my night crew. I get it you don’t want to work nights but you probably should...

This Starbucks is a decent location. I feel like the baristas dont make much of an effort to get to know me as a customer, which is disappointing, but there are plenty of really good Starbucks locations in north Indy so I tend to travel a little more and go to one of my favorites instead. In general, this Starbucks is decent, clean, and has pretty good service.

We waited 20 minites in the drive thru for 2 drinks. And my husbands frappuccino wasnt even frozen. So disappointing for 12 bucks in drinks. This happens a lot at this location.

Staff are always exceptionally friendly and thats why I go back for coffee there.

Its a Starbucks, the coffee prices are only going up and quality remains the stagnant. Parking here is usually difficult, an you may have to park in the adjacent lot and walk. Also keep in mind that both the counter and drive through can get a little crazy at peak times due to the lack of space when this building was constructed.On the bright side, the staff is generally always nice and willing to help if the make a drink wrong.

I was there at 7:50 and didn’t get my order till 8:25. It was 2 drinks. 5 minutes before school started and still didn’t have them. Not very cool

This is a great location. They are almost always busy but theyre quick, friendly, and always serve up great quality.

Great staff and convenient location. Id just advise visiting before school lets out if you want a place to sit and/or enough quiet to talk or focus.

I love Starbucks, but Ive also had bad luck with this one. Half the time theyve gotten my drink order wrong, and the other half Ive had sub-par customer service. Unfortunate considering Ive never really had this problem at other Starbucks before.

Complete attitude whenever they screw up your order to make it right. I would go elsewhere if at all possible. Never have any issue at the one on 86th.

WiFi doesnt work and good luck getting a refill on your drink or getting your coffee made correctly.Update 3/18/18Wifi works now, still a hassle for coffee.
