Dirty parking lot. No fluid to wash windows. This place has gone downhill since being sold. It just takes a little effort and none is being made here

No drinks stocked, restrooms closed to public.

I had the worst experience this evening. There was an African-American gentleman working this evening, he was very rude. First of all, he looked at me like I was bothering him because when I walked in he was on the phone. I asked for $6 in powerball and $6 in mega. He says to me you want 3 and 3 I said no I want $6 on ticket and $6 on the other. He then says I dont have time to do math Im tired and I have been up all day. Who cares if he has been up all night. Thats not my problem. Its obvious that he cares nothing about his job or he wouldnt have acted the way he acted. That was unacceptable and I will never come back there. I took my business to the Speedway down the street. I didnt want to click any stars because this store does not deserve any.

This gas station is awful. The lady on 3rd shift is very disrespectful towards fellow employees and customers. She had a coworker that was very nice about two years ago . She bullied her co worker and taunted her. One day her coworker stood up for herself . Then the rude lady claimed to corporate that she got shoved down by her fellow employee that she bullied . It was all a backwards, manipulative story which she told. She lied to corporate and her coworker got let go . I have seen this woman in action especially with her customers . She complains about her customers to me . She also says she is the only employee that works and everybody else is lazy. I do see her working on third shift but when she has no customers she takes tons of smoke breaks. I believe she has ousted more than one fellow employee. She is catty for an old woman. This gas station is her life but I wish she would leave. Corporate has allowed her to get away with being the queen bee here and she knows it.

I think things are starting to get better here

This station is nine staff short, lines are very long ( expect delays). I wish the cashiers better days and feel sorry for them. I hope owners would fix this problem or I will take my business some where else.

This gas station is the worst. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes in line in the morning bc the store has one register open at the busiest times of the day. Horrible customer service. Never have things stocked. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional, especially the woman on third shift who should be fired bc she does not do her job and is far from being customer oriented. I will never return or continue shopping at this village pantry again. If I didnt have to give it one star on the rating to post it I wouldnt have. This gas station is terrible

The male clerk was very rude and belittling towards me.
